Melange is right in the centre of town with a beautiful selection of cakes - Ukrainians seem to love their sweets. By Western standards it is very cheap and the sweets are very tasty. I would choose either 'Corona' restaurant if I wanted a proper feed but had many coffees and cakes here.

This is quite comfy, secluded cafe with english speaking service. Food is prepared quickly and overall hygiene IMO is pretty decent. Everything is prepared very quickly. Only shortcoming is pricing, taking into consideration current economic situation in Luhansk. Wine card is not very rich.

In the beginning, I thought Luhansk doesn't even have such a restaurant anywhere, but then, after I discovered this restaurant, I suddenly loved this place too! It was just like hotel Lugansk, in which you can find our CHinese restaurant that we loved to eat! Overall, everything was deliciously made like that of Sushiya

This restaurant stands alone and is easily recognised by the large sign and wooden fence around it. Inside, it is spacious and very clean. The waitresses are polite, speak English and very attentive to removing empty dishes and checking that customers are satisfied. The two times I came here I enjoyed the food, ambience and soothing music. The veal steak is excellent and the garlic sauce is a dreamy surprise on the tongue. The fish in cheese sauce is remarkable. The prices are very, very reasonable compared to other places of similar quality. I highly recommend Fresh Cafe and will return to try other dishes.
