Downtown in charming Lismore, within walking distance of Lismore Castle and the Visitor's Center, its a tiny, popular place. Seems to be the choice of locals too. I chose a club sandwich and found it delicious and ample. Nothing fancy here, just solid.

Located on the Main Street Lismore Lizzie Briens serving Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner all fresh and home cooked produce. Fresh homemade cakes, desserts and breads made everyday, Lizzie Briens is open 7 days a week from 9am to 8pm.
We stopped in for lunch and enjoyed a great lunch. Wonderful â hot mushroom soup with brown bread. Delicious duck spring rolls were unexpected, and the toasted sandwich, fries, and salad were the perfect lunch. Americans - enjoy the drinks chilled, thereâs no ice! End with a varied selection of home made baked desserts or a coffee.
Came here with the hubby whilst on holiday in Ireland and had such a lovely time! Bar staff were very friendly and accommodating, we popped in to eat and the food was delicious! We were having such a nice time we ended up staying the entire evening :) Would recommend to friends passing through.
