It was late afternoon when we visited here and the staff were doing a lot of tidying and cleaning up so weâre a bit distracted and didnât delay long. The decor is warm and inviting and the service brisk. I found the pricing to be a bit on the high end. Better value can be definitely got elsewhere.Hi LeisureGuy32,Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. I am glad to hear that you enjoyed your visit partially. I have passed your review on to our staff and advised them to be much more conscious of our closing up procedures. I do hope that you return to our store again and on the next visit find it more enjoyableRegardsAndrew

Regular visitor. Went here for breakfast and it was not busy on this occasion. Coffee arrived immediately with the first breakfast. Due to delay, we had our coffee finished and my friend has completely finished breakfast when the second one eventually arrived 15mins later. Obviously forgotten about.. Had to order more coffees but felt they should have been provided as refilled based on the huge unacceptable delay.

Cafe opposite the Hunt Museum. Open since July 2018. Proud to serve the best coffee, soup, salads and sandwiches to the people of Limerick Citaaaay. Green Onion originally opened in 1995.
An understated shop front, near the city council offices and the Hunt Museum, this cafe is a great find. Service is personal, friendly and lunch food was just fantastic - tasty fresh Irish ingredients, great flavour. Plain wooden tables, thereâs a long table at the top of the cafe for shared eats. I was with four others - all impressed and satisfied. Recommended! Thanks for taking the time to give us a great review.

Can highly recommend this super restaurant. We had lunch here today and were suitably impressed with the freshly made chicken strips fries and balsamic salad. It was delicious. Unfortunately they do not have a wine license. A glass of white wine would have been a perfect accompliment. Service was friendly and excellent. Coffee and carrot cake followed. We will be back.

Family run cafe in the heart of Limerick City serving breakfast, lunch and brunch. Everything made fresh in house with some of the best locally sourced produce.
Great location opposite the castle in Limericks historic area. Good place for a boost or a break when exploring or "doing the bridges" as locals like to do.Nicely decorated modern looking place, lots of seats and room to read papers that are provided. some nice touches with photos of local streets from the past.Staff very friendly and helpful. Good attentaive service and some good recommendations. All cakes seem to be home made and mine was good. Good coffee too. A place that seems to be used by tourists and locals alike.nice place..will be backReally appreciate your lovely comments....Thank you for taking the time out.

A lively, fun & quirky family run restaurant in the heart of Limerick City. All ingredients are fresh & locally sourced! A little bit different & a lot of fun! We look forward to feeding you!!
Ate here for the second time again in August and was as disappointed as the first time. People rave about here and I just do not understand why. Everytime my food is simply vile, find the staff unfriendly and atmosphere snobbish.I heard a second one was opening and was shocked. I'd recommend not going here simply overpriced and over rated. You'd be better off going elsewhere as there is lots of fabulous places around Limerick
