Stopped in for a coffee and some lunch. The service was very friendly and the order was delivered in short time. The food was delicious being the quiche and salad and a lamb burger. The coffee was also delicious. We decided to splurge and have some cake afterwards which was just as delicious as the mains.The only reason this is 4 and not 5 rating is that I think they forgot about our dessert which was ordered at the same time as the mains.I would definitely go back if I was in Lightning Ridge.

Went here on the recommendation of the motel we were staying at and it did not disappoint, our food was above average.Ordered a main spaghetti marinara and spaghetti bolognaise both were excellent generous serves and the bill was around $40.00. Other meals we saw go out also looked very good and were well accepted. Prices are not expensive much better value than the bowling club around the corner.

A great menu selection, but thatâs about where the greatness stops. Grumpy service didnât make us feel very welcome to be there, small portions for the prices, and lumpy, overpriced, flavourless gravy that tastes like nothing but flour and Parisienne essence mixed in water, and worst of all - NO EFTPOS!!! So, one star for the fact that they had food. Another star for the fact that the food was cooked once we ordered it and hadnât been sitting there before we arrived. After passing by several other cafes to eat at this one, we are convinced we made the poorest choice in the town. Disappointed much.
