It is a major seaport developed at the turn of the twentieth century, shipping sulphur, the refining of which has made Licata the largest European exporting centre, and asphalt, and at times shipping cheese.

A short walk from the shopping mall car park, this excellent little cafe overlooking the marina offers excellent food at reasonable prices. Thoroughly recommend the smoked fish antipasta which was an ideal lunch dish. Handy also for a post prandial stroll along the breakwater - pity about all the rubbish dumped in the sea!

La spiaggia della Poliscia , con la vicinissima Baia di Mollarella ospita questo piccolo e suggestivo lido , dalla nuovissima struttura ed attrezzatura da spiaggia , che ha nella verandina del bianco chalet sul mare il suo punto di forza : ospita una ricca vita notturna , amato e frequentato dai giovani , ma anche nel pomeriggio , all'imbrunire è ideale per un aperitivo . Il giovane gestore , sig Faraci e la moglie sono veramente all'altezza come ospiti !!

Products from the restaurant comes daily from the supermarket of the mall which is a great thing that guarantee the freshness of the products and dishes.The pizza is one of the best Iâve had in my life (no joke). The quantity of the toppings is huge, and the base itâs simply fluffy and delicious.Iâve heard soon theyâll open a panorama-View restaurant on the back.Canât wait
