Came in after looking at the menu and decided to have some food, we had mone mare( seafood and tagliatelle), penne salmone and a chicken burger. The pasta was good, the burger was like a frozen piece of chicken and it was mashed together with other ingredients. We were given the wrong bill , we had to ask to get this amended.

Visited Pingouino on a number of occasions and always greeted by friendly staff. The food is excellent quality and the portions are huge. The cocktails are very good and excellent value for money. The staff canât do enough to help you. There was 5 of us and they moved tables to accommodate us. The owner is always there and lends a hand when it gets busy, and it gets busy because it is a great place to go and great quality and value for money.

We have visited this bar on a number of occasions and couldnât recommend it enough!!You are made to feel very welcome by all. Great measures and the nibbles are fab.Fresh melon, grapes, biscuits and peanuts are plenty with your drinks.The food is also very good. I asked for a cheese toastie, omg it was like a dinner!! The chips are great!! Thereâs always someone to chat to and we met some lovely people in here.Thank you once again for your hospitality. Stavros, Costas and Jangus. Young Leo a good lad too.Fingers crossed weâll see you next year.Big hugs to all. Xx

Driving past looked like an unlikely stop but has been reliably good every time we visit. Great coffee & varied menu available at all times of the day. Staff always very kind and courteous. Reasonably priced. Free WiFi. Number 1 choice of our 10 year old that we donât argue with!

This place gets better every year we return !The atmosphere is friendly welcoming and professional .The staff are excellent and efficient time and again !The food is wonderful best pasta we had in area .Choice of beers are good and wine is okGreat to watch most football matches too !Some of music played like club not my taste otherwise this deserves its rank high on list of places to go in Pissouri.If only for the food itâs great but the way beer is kept perfectly is great too.....

When you order brunch and it arrives in 3 minutes you have every reason to be suspicious that it was not freshly cooked. When you actually try the food and the eggs, mushrooms, bacon and beans are cold, the suspicion is confirmed. When you send it back because everything is cold and a new plate arrives within minutes again, and everything is lukewarm and covered in sauce to hide it, then it is a mockery. Coupled with the kind of horrible coffee that gives you a heart attack, this is by far the worst brunch I had in Cyprus. A brunch place that can't cook eggs or make coffee...better stay home and have cereal...

Having arrived with friends for a "Temptations first anniversary Sunday lunch" our expectations were high. We were greeted with a very small complimentary wine in plastic tumbler!The orders of roast beef and roast chicken were brought separately to the table by means of a not too clean looking tea towel. There was no greeting by the owners of "enjoy your meal" etc.The meals unfortunately proved to be cold and when the owner was asked for them to be heated up she appeared extremely put out, snatching each of the meals separately and taking them away.When they were returned quite a while later they didn't appear much warmer.The roast beef was one thin slice which was veiny and stringy!The chicken breast was so overcooked you couldn't put a fork in it.When this was pointed out to the owner she became very aggressive, and started shouting and threatening in an abusive manner in front of other customers.This is not the type of behaviour I would expect to encounter.I would certainly not ever visit this establishment again, unfortunately they appear not to have got their act together as regards to customer service and handling complaints.The owner was extremely rude and their food was mediocre to say the least. I have eaten in numerous restaurants on this lovely island but have never before been treated in this manner.Oh hello there. We were waiting for a review from you. This must not be you as we know you and your husband has not got internet so telling someone to put this up is just as desperate. I won't take this to offence as all our reviews are fantastic and we have nothing to worry about. But I too would like to get the facts right just so my customers and potential customers know the truth.We did your wedding celebration only a few days before this Sunday lunch. We did you a fantastic deal and closed our shop so you could have some private comfort with your family. You were a different lady on your special day compared to who we actually dealt with on Sunday. It was our year anniversary, giving COMPLIMENTARY GLASS OF BUBBLY, THAT'S COMPLIMENTARY, so we had no choice but to give it in a strong plastic cup as it was for FREE!! ALSO 20% off FINAL BILL!!!! So you can imagine we were losing profit, but it was our special day, celebrating with our loyal customers who care and support. we still can't believe how ungrateful you are, most probably as you had a lady tagging along that I did not really feel comfortable with who I met on your celebration that day.You even asked for dessert as you didn't enjoy your meal which we rightly so refused. You made my wife cry which no husband or business owner would tolerate as you had all the intentions of getting something out of us as soon as you stepped through our door. All our customers knew what you was playing at and simply had no sympathy for you all. Your husband kept quiet and agreed with me when i was speaking and he felt quite embarrassed for your actions. To finish off your antics, you wanted your money back for your meal. We gave your â¬30 back as you know but you guys had a few rounds of wine, thank you for not paying for that too. But we rather you not return back anways so you can keep the money.But you finished your dinners as the plates were empty?? I think Temptations is strong and we have everyone behind us so we are not worried at all. We also heard that you are use to going around places and causing a scene so shame we only realised this later on.. Also, a strong feeling that you guys were black nosing in our business on our Sunday lunch as we know who you associate with. If someone else is bringing you here to check up on us and give bad reviews then we are only do 1 thing, and that's being the BEST at what we do. How much respect I had for you both, being part of your celebrations, also the age that you are also.. We wish you all the best anyways

We had lunch here one day and nearly died when we saw the portion sizes! Everything was delicious and what a choice! The very beautiful Lillie was so gracious and friendly I have a feeling she attracts a lot of customers as everyone knew her and she made you feel so welcome, what an asset to the business she is. We also went back one evening and had fab fish and chips then a slice of lemon meringue pie the size of our head! Fabulous
