Wine bar/ Tapas/ Wine Store Great wine selection and healthy and natural tapas Open all year
Solera is the ideal place to enjoy yourself drinking excellent wines - following the most accurate advice of the Sommelier Soledad, owner - and accompanied by the most delicious tapas you can imagine. Everything has been carefully selected and fresh products used and the result is superb! The best wines, not only local ones but also international and a great "tapeo". The attention to the client is perfect, not only given by Soledad but also all her staff, making the stay enjoyable. Do not miss Solera, either alone , in couple, or with friends!

This place is a nice little café on the town square in San Carlos. We drove through the town just to see what it was like. While we were walking around in the town square, we decided we needed a coffee and this place stood out.The storefront was quaint while the interior was also very nice and charming. The old time cash register was especially a nice touch. The gentleman who was our waiter also appeared to be the proprietor. He was quite polite and efficient. We were only interested in coffee but we were also caught up in the question of what a "pancho" was. So along with our coffees, we ordered a "pancho with muzarella" and found out it was basically a hot dog. My son and I split it for a snack. The prices were quite reasonable as our five coffee treats and the pancho came to $400 URS (about $18 USD or so).If you are in San Carlos and want a coffee, a snack or a light meal, this is a good bet.

...,pessoal super atento.
