Reviews on Cafe food in Halmstad, West Coast, Sweden. Halmstad’s perfect for visitors who like their beach and golf vacations sprinkled with a dash of culture. Pause to admire the Pablo Picasso sculpture “Female Head” as you make your way along the pedestrian paths by the Nissan River. The stone streets of town center are lined with cafés and taverns, all bustling with locals. Bikers can coast along Prins Bertil’s Path, which takes you from Halmstad Castle to the Mollegard Nature Reserve.

This is a restaurant inside the Trade Center buildings. They have a large area downstairs there students in the university normally eat (but open for everyone). Upstairs is a smaller restaurant. It is normally for companies from Trade Center, or when you want to eat in a more relaxed atmosphere.
Visited My Feldt's café to enjoy a cinnamon bun on the Swedish Cinnamon Bun Day. Sold out! They made 2,000 and made a lot of Swedes happy. We had a brownie and a vanilla cream cake instead. Even got the recipe for the brownie. Excellent service! Apart from that: A rustique café that sells bike equipment as well. 1 minute's walk from the city square - between two pedestrian streets.

Nestled in a lovely lush setting, a huge lawn, oak trees and really nice swedish country buildings. Three elderly sisters serve delicious wafles, cakes, ice cream, pear juice, coffe etc. Outside of Halmstad take road 115 towards Markaryd,. At Eurostop shopping center, turn left and follow the sign to the cafe. Difficult to find, yes, but definitively wothe ihe effort! A splendid Place to take a brake whilde driving on the west coast of Sweden.

This is a little gem of a café, with service minded and helpful staff, interesting locale (some awesome stuff for sale), decent prices and an outstanding location. Dog friendly beach, which makes for some really cute views - and an array of different types of furniture from loungers if you want to relax for a longer time, to café sets for the ones who'd rather grab a coffee on the go. There's also a "foot spout" for water - perfect for cleaning dirty feet as well as for hydrating thirsty dogs (you can also get bowls for your dog to drink from). Very friendly and relaxed place with an impressive menu for such a "smallish" place. (When the weather allows, they even grill burgers outdoors. Looked yummy and very nice!) I will be back!
A very nice bakery with a small café with 10 indoor and some outdoor seats. The coffee was roasted in Slöinge and the brownie I had was delicious. Be here early if you want to buy bread.

We are a small cozy restaurant with a great view, and a lot of love to our guests and the food we serve!
A small casual Bistro along the waterfront that posts its selections on a chalkboard. Orders are submitted and paid to the cashier. Your order is served to the table at which you are seated. For lunch there are soups, salads and a few hot or cold entrees. The selection is limited but all so fresh and well prepared. Surprisingly I had one of the best mushroom soups ever.
