We visit regularly for afternoon snacks - coffee cake & biscuits. The service is always friendly and smiling. The atmosphere is much quieter than most of the other places in town - I use hearing aids and the background clatter and hubbub in some places makes life difficult for me. The parking outside is not time-limited (2 hours max elsewhere) and there is usually a space within a few yards. Well recommended!

6 of us went to the Christmas Quiz night and really enjoyed the food and the atmosphere. We did quiz papers between courses, a light-hearted bit of fun. The staff were extremely attentive and pleasant, nothing was too much bother. Would have no hesitation in recommending this lovely little bistro

We are a small & cosy Cafe & Bistro situated in the North Yorkshire Market town of Stokesley. We serve a daytime menu with salads, sandwiches and light bites, as well as delicious coffees and homemade cakes. We offer our Bistro menu on Thursday -Saturday
We were out wandering around Stokesley and doing a spot of shopping. We were looking for somewhere to have lunch when we came across Sadlers. We decided to go in for lunch and we are really glad we did. We were greeted very warmly as we entered the restaurant. The man behind the bar was very friendly. I had Haddock, Chips and Peas. My wife had chicken escalope with mustard and honey accompanied by chips and salad. We felt that our meals were delicious! My fish and chips were cooked to perfection and the peas were really tender and sweet, a bit similar to petite poiâs. Our meal was a delight to eat and at £14 for two meals it was a great deal!We really enjoyed our lunch!Itâs a great place to have lunch!

We accidentally stumbled across this cafe/restaurant on the first day of our holidays. Staff were extremely accomodating and helped us negotiate a place for our son's pushchair. Myself and my husband ordered a cooked breakfast... Both were delicious, fresh and hot; perfect for a rainy Sunday brunch. We were so pleased we'd found this cafe and will be considering popping in again.

Beautifully placed across from the church, Badger's is on a small square which offers great Al fresco dining. Good variety on the menu (albeit no badger products). We had the southern fried chicken wrap and the scrambled egg and salmon bagel. Very helpful and friendly staff.

We have passed this cafe quite a few times but as we have an elderly mum with us with limited mobility it is usually difficult to park nearby. However we found a space and went in for lunch. Inside it is lovely and the decor is certainly different. The staff were lovely and the lunch was delicious. Two of us had the cheese and meat croissant and my husband had a chicken wrap. I would have given 5 stars but we bought 2 cheese scones to take away and unfortunately they were tasteless - Shame but we will go back for lunch again.

Currently closed until further notice while we find new tenants to run the tearoom. Interested in running your own business / tearoom? If so, drop us an email.
Kildale is a delightful hamlet on the Esk valley trainline, close to Great Ayton in North Yorkshire National Park. There is free parking near to this café (station car park) and you can walk in several directions in the National Park. such as: Onto Captain Cooks Monument or onto Park Nab. The café is under the new ownership (July 2018) of a charming young man in his early 20's with a real passion for food. It is open 6 days a week (closed Thursday) from 9.30-4.30. So if you are partial to a cake and a coffee after your walk (or drive) of fancy a light lunch then I can recommend this little eatery. Enjoy

Alfresco dining
Beautiful food, well cooked and not long to wait, Sunday morning busy with lots of people, seemed popular with cyclists and lots of dogs dotted about. Well worth a visit, my husband, son and I all had the full English mum had bacon sandwich, pot of tea and lovely large latte for myself. Reasonable prices and nice settings with goats and a tiny baby goat who was so cute, could have 'kidnapped' him, give it a try, you wont be disappointedaw thank you for the review, it is kind of you to make those nice comments. We are really pleased you enjoyed your food and your experience when visiting us. The tiny goat to which you refer is called Woody and is getting bigger, although I think he will always be cute. Hope to see you all again.
I have more than a mild obsession with everything Italian. Cafe Sapori is palace to experience the joys of authentic Italian Coffee, Wine and food. I travel to Italy Regularly to experience what it has to offer and bring back these experiences for you to
We visited for an evening meal following the change from mainly daytime to mainly evening service. The place has been totally transformed with new deco, tables etc and is very impressive. The pizzas were extremely good, the sweet potato fries excellent and the Italian ice cream exceptional. Weâll definitely become regular evening visitors.
