Reviews on Cafe food in Goleta, California, United States. Goleta, home to University of California at Santa Barbara (UCSB) and the Santa Barbara Airport, hugs the coast 12 miles west of Santa Barbara. First called "The Good Land" by the Spanish, Goleta was once known for its rich agriculture, and smaller scale farms still pepper the landscape. The California Lemon Festival at Girsh Park is a must-see every October. Visitors seeking outdoor adventure can fish off Goleta Pier, surf at Campus Point and hike along bluffs overlooking untrammeled coastline.

Casual dining in a space that was who-knows-what in a previous life. Now itâs a cafe plus. Order at the counter, then sit at the window bar, tables, or in the second reading room stocked with books from their lending library. We ordered the signature Worker Bee burger and the dayâs special warm turkey and Brie sandwich. Both were amply ladened with greens but we made the rookie mistake of choosing the included salad instead of fries. The side salad is huge. Next time weâll order fries for a more balanced diet. Both sandwiches were delicious. We will return. Oh, and we borrowed books from their library.

This has now been purchased by Shannon and is part of the Crushcakes family of cafes. Came for breakfast two of us had bfast sandwiches which were ok, two has red velvet pancakes which were overly sweet and dry. They looked pretty though. Order at the counter and then find a table. We noticed a number of people were confused about how to order and came out to the patio first. We directed them inside to order. Patio is dog friendly, behind the building. Have heard good things about the pies but have not tried them yet.

We ate here for lunch while in Santa Barbara this weekend. The restaurant has been here for a long time but it was our first visit. My wife and I shared a salad then I had a pastry, scone, for desert. The food was very good and the scone was even better. It's a busy place and parking is a little sparse but everyone was so friendly with a welcoming atmosphere. All of the meals we saw being served looked good. We will try something else next time. Glad we finally stopped here, we have driven past it for years.

Old fashioned interior, nice and welcoming staff, generous portions, comfort food for breakfast. The Mexican omelet was delicious and so was the breakfast burrito. Their Cobb salad also was great.

Iâve written about other locations for Natural Café before, but it deserves another endorsement for their Goleta location. A fabulous Greek Salad with grilled chicken on top with lemon dressing was the perfect choice for lunch. The small salad was more than enough for me. Service is consistently great here from the order taker to the delivery at your table. This is the go-to place for a healthy meal with lots of really great selections to fit your mood and apetite.

We were looking for a brunch type place close to our motel and ran across this gem. People were standing outside waiting in line. Deciding that was a good sign, we got in line too. It was worth the wait! They have a very unique extensive menu with lots of fun breakfast items. The food was fantastic. Service, considering the number of people there, was also quite good. If I lived in Santa Barbara, I would have to come back and try everything on their menu.
