Busting our daughter who lives in Kansas City and we took her family here for a late breakfast. We were told our wait would be 10 minutes and 30 minutes later we were seated. Waitress came by for drink orders and did not come back to take our food order for another 20 minutes. When she brought our drinks we told her we were ready to order and she said she couldnât take our our because a larger group was seated prior to us. Food was good. Cup of coffee with not worth $2.29. Very busy, very noisy so just make sure you have no other plans when you go here to eat. We appreciate you taking the time to let us know about your experience and we are so sorry that this happened during your visit. Clearly, we fell short of your expectations and ours. I'm sorry I've heard a lot about Big Biscuit and was excited to give it a try. I thought the food was average. Nothing special. I wouldn't call the portions huge. The biscuit was big but that wasn't anything special for me. Service was good. Food was fast and hot and cooked as ordered. Restaurant was clean. But nothing special about it for me. I'm sorry.

They were pleasant and quick. We had the Mediterranean panini and Steak panini with onion soup. It was very good. They were busy and filled with people on the internet so they must have good wireless.
