If my friend hadn't suggested coming here, I wouldn't have known it was open even though it's on a major road in Sacramento. It's a hipster-décor coffee house (read: mismatched everything and exposed wiring vibe) with super nice staff. It's clean, the matcha was good, there's plenty of space to spread out if you're a student or business person hoping for a quiet place to accomplish your world domination.Also if you get peckish while waiting for plans to come to mind, there are baked goods (including vegan and GF options sealed to keep them from contamination)

From the moment we entered the cafe we were welcomed and sat immediately. Four of us meet for breakfast and it was delicious! Three of us had the vegetarian omelet which was a nice size and tasted excellent! The fourth person in our group had a big bowl of oatmeal with raisins and walnuts. My husband and I are huge fans of raisin toast and Lido is one of very few restaurants in the area that have it on the menu. It costs an extra .50 but it is well worth it. I'm sure it was made in-house and the slices were cut thick. We were very pleased with our entire experience!

Ok so today I became the happiest person in the world! I found a tea place! TEA place? You say? Yes one that caters to us tea drinkers but still accommodates the coffee drinkers too. But really it all about us tea drinkers. Such a cute quaint place ticked literally in the corner of the shopping center. I found this lovely place via a Yelp review from a friend on yelp and was excited and sad at the same time. This place has been here 3 months and I am just now finding out about it?!? Better late than never. Well anyhow we drove out here and arrived in a knick of time during a "brown out" but still the power was on so we ordered and were able to visit and hang out even after the power went out and they had to officially close for a bit before the power was fully restored. Whew! I would have been so upset if I wouldn't have gotten to try the lovely teas out.Hubby got an iced sweet and spicy chai latte and it was really good, I'm usually not a fan of iced chai but will be back to try the hot one soon. I opted for the Marrakech Maharajah Chai and sat and had 3 pots of it while visiting with the owners. When we left Hubby got a cold brewed coffee to go and I took one of the daily special iced teas for only $2. I have to say this is a lovely family owned place with people truly excited and knowledgable about the products and brands they choose to share with their customers! I could sit and chat all day here or go sit in the corner in a comfy chair and enjoy tea for hours reading or just relaxing. I will certainly make a point to come out in this area more often just because of this place. I cannot wait to try all the teas they have to offer. I did buy some of the Jungle Monkey to try later tonight since I didn't want to overstay my welcome the first time I was here lol I think I hung out for an hour and a half.....maybe more but who's counting?! Tea just makes the world a better place and thanks to Tanya and Mike it's right here!! Thanks so much for your hospitality and welcoming me with open arms! I will be seeing you soon and to all my Elite Yelpers and friends you've got to come check this place out there's so much to experience here.....let's give those big box coffee shops the snub they give to us tea drinkers and patronize a true tea lovers place.

I had been to Mirabelle several times but not in the last year or so. A friend and I went yesterday and were quite disappointed. True, the bakery is wonderful! But our lunch was not up to par. Our server was accompanied by a trainee. We asked for separate checks, ordered and waited and waited for our simple lunch (one salad, one sandwich) to be served. Finally, two dishes were brought to the table but neither was what we orderedâ¦wrong table. After a further wait, our orders were served. Frankly, my Citrus Pear Salad was okay but overpriced at $13.95. The bacon in the BLT was overdone. Desserts, as expected, were great. Alas, the check was delivered but not separate as requested. I'm writing this because we live nearby and these issues can be easily corrected. Until then we'll drive further and enjoy Ettore's.

So much more satisfying than a franchise, this is homey, with good service, helpful tattooed staff.... Great variety of chairs, and signs....but without the creepy dirty quality that often makes such ancient places objectionable. Good fresh food, and I really like the California Bird (turkey) on Squaw bread! It's worth going into the little old original town of Fair Oaks, seeing the tiny shops, and wild chickens on the streets, and this place for coffee (or chai) and a turkey sandwich (and they have others as well).

We were in the neighborhood and decided to check out this place. It's tucked away from all the other area dining options. We were there mid-week, but it was still busy for lunch. Looked like a lot of locals frequent this place. We were immediately greeted by staff and came face-to-face with a very tempting bakery display as we were escorted to a table. The menu had great variety of lunch options. We noticed that the breakfast menu looked pretty good, as well. We had the burger and the "Aggressive Grilled Cheese." Both were excellent. The garlic fries and sweet potato fries were also quite good. Service was friendly. Prices were maybe a little high, but not unreasonable. There were a few other menu items we want to try, so we'll be back.
