I have been coming to the Olive Cafe for a long time with my family and friends and i have always left satisfied. The staff are very welcoming and will accommodate any special requests for breakfast, lunch and dinner. My go to is the pancakes which on request can be served all day and are cooked to perfection every time. I go flipping mad for them! (Excuse the pun) Best in Tramore by a mile!

Nice spot always busy, good service and food is good too. You can sit inside or outside. If your outside watch out for the birds they may be small but their fairly cheeky and will be in your plate dining with you if they get the chance.

Family run coffee shop adjoining the Fort Conan Hotel. Serving breakfast, lunches. Tea,coffee and cakes.
The kids had waffles which they loved and they looked very good, although it wasnât real maple syrup. The coffee was also very good, but the full breakfast and the vegetarian breakfasts were dismal. Very greasy and poor quality. The mushrooms looked like they were from a can, the pudding was poor, the eggs were over cooked, and the potatoes were solid grease. The breakfast ratings on here seem to be mostly very good so maybe the chef had a bad day today but we were very disappointed.

Hook Lighthouse, the oldest operational lighthouse in the world. 800 Years of lighthouse keeping. The Visitor center at Hook Lighthouse offers guided tours of the lighthouse tower, a 13th Century Norman structure, built by William Marshal, the Earl of Pem
What a great afternoon for the kids and ourselves, plenty of playtime, either playing on the pirate play area, looking in rock pools, looking for fossils or hiking out to the headland, just great. Thats not including the brilliant tour of the lighthouse itself. But the seafood chowder and the chickpea curry were great value and so delicious. Great for a family day out and good homemade food.

The Lemon Tree Restaurant is located on the outskirts of the village, 400 meters from the harbour. We have four menus, a breakfast menu, a lunch menu and on Friday and Saturday nights we have a dinner menu available from 5pm to 9pm and a menu for children
We have had lunch at the Lemon Tree on a number of occasions and always enjoyed it. As much produce as possible is sourced locally ensuring freshness and low food miles. All suppliers of both veggies, meat and fish are posted for all to see. It is difficult to pick out a star item on the menu as it is all so good. Biggest problem is that having stinted on the calories with main course you might well blow it on one of the gorgeous desserts!Local beers and good coffee - full marks.
