We were walking around Dundalk & wanted a bite to eat, and the sunny yellow walls of this spot, and marvelous aroma of baking scones were very inviting. The rhubarb pie with cream, the tea, and especially the light and raisin-filled scone, (fresh from the oven,) couldnt have been better, service was wonderful, and prices were very reasonable. The food served at nearby tables looked equally delicious.

Decided to bring the family here since their website said it was open till 5 of a SundayArrived at 4:10pm. The door was locked closed. A sign from outside was in the porch area and a staff member on the inside just looked blankly at us and then looked away.It must be great to be able to be able to treat people this way and still have a business. I'm sure the owners reading this will have a good laugh at this but, for what little it's worth, we won't be back.Hi Daveo598,Thank you for your comments.I wish to extend sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused to you and your family last Sunday, our Sunday opening hours are usually 11:30-4:15/30 and I apologise for any incorrect information you saw online. Last Sunday was exceptionally busy and we had sold out of all of our carvery & dessert items just before 4pm and made the decision to close the doors a few minutes early, the staff member who saw you and your family outside should have of course explained this to you and not just ignored you, and I'm very sorry for that but thank you for bringing it to my attention. It is regrettable you have decided that you will not visit the Park Café in the future but I hope that maybe you might give us another chance, All the best, Conor

We serve breakfast, brunch and lunch. Our tapas nights are the first Friday and Saturday nights of the month. We're open 7 days a week.
Whether it's the delicious tapas nights, the hearty non greasy breakfast or something for lunch, this place has never disappointed. Staff are wonderful, service is efficient and friendly and the food is tasty. Try the full Irish for a good start to the day or one of the specials.

I dropped my spoon and just when I picked it up one of the staff was over with a new one very sharp eye. They have an excellent menu not to much on it. Can't fault this place one bit coffees are beautiful well worth a visit and very reasonable price for what you get. 5 stars.

Beautiful cafe with amazing staff. A great place for breakfast or lunch especially if you have small children. Delicious food and unique coffee. I highly recommend An Cafe Brew for a relaxing dining experience.

Went a few times, but more due to my friends wanting to go. Staff are nice and pricing is fair. The interior is well decorated and there is nice natural light. However, the food is average and not fresh. Pre-made sandwiches which are heated up. Got chicken on my salad and it was not fresh, more like it was cooked a day or two previously and was heated up in the microwave as it was dry. Feel like they need to up their game with the food and stop pre-making lunches.

My husband came here with a group of work mates. He is Italian and trained as a chef in Italy. The menu was not a true Italian menu as most dishes had cream, there was so many pasta dishes with chicken, and chips came with the pasa and lasagne. These things just would not be on a menu in Italy. The potato salad starter was terrible. A mound of iceberg lettuxe with 3 small potatoes and huge amounts of creamy dressing. The fish of the day, the cod, tasted frozen as it was dry and like rubber.Tiramisu was also terrible. Not like the traditional Italian dessert at all.The one waitress was inattentive, not clearing empty plates for 20minutes as she was talking to some people near the till. Avoid this place at all costs!

Visited here Sunday 25th March whilst travelling in the area. We had visited last year on holiday and we're really delighted with our food and the service. Again could not fault the food mum had a delicious jam and coconut sponge with custard it really was exceptional. My husband had a scone with jam and butter and I had tea and toast. It was very busy always a good sign. The older lady serving was lovely and we remembered her from last year. The only negative was the younger girl serving our table who was not very welcoming and we felt like a nuisance. I would not hesitate to recommend.

So first things first... No meat at all.Pizza all vegetarian all soup all sandwiches no meat.Eggs take focal... OK if you like eggs.Pizzas still very good. And soups and sandwiches are excellent. Despite being very pricey for what you get.Be prepared to spend guts of 20 euro ahead for a proper feed. But freshness and quality if top notch. You get for what you pay for.Place is full of ladies who lunch who sit over a coffee so seats can be hard to find and the waiting system is strange for a place who charge a much.If Instagram is your thing and taking pictures of your lunch than this is your place.Would I return... Yes and I have..
