First Visit & found a variety of menu items. Meat + 3 Portions LARGE. Good home cooking with lots of vegetables. If you are looking for a Southern Cooking restaurant, you just found it. Did not finish all the items so no room for Peach Cobbler.

I visited Wednesday afternoon around 12:15pm. This Starbucks is in a center with Renasant Bank. It was my first visit to this location. Upon entering I was greeted and received fast and efficient service. The interior is open concept with plenty of seating and of course there is free Wi-Fi. I enjoyed my fresh hot coffee. If you are in a hurry and want to avoid waiting in line then utilize their Mobile order and pay. This allows you to come in, grab your order and be quickly on your way eliminating any downtime. This facility was clean and overall I had a very good experience. Outdoor seating available; plenty of parking; Has a shared drive-thru with the bank; open daily.

We have been here at least 5 times. We absolutely love the coffee. It is so good! Unfortunately, the customer service is not that great. Just writing this so maybe they open their eyes to see what is going on. It’s a beautiful place and the coffee is amazing. We like to come to a place where the staff actually is nice to you and just doesn’t take your coffee order and look away. Every single time we don’t know if it’s the owner or not, but there is a younger man sitting at a table full of clutter and a laptop. The place will be pretty much empty and a lot of the tables will actually be not wiped off and dirty. No one did anything about it the entire time we were there. The first time we were just like well maybe they got slammed and are recovering, the next time and times after it’s pretty much all been the same way. From a business standpoint it wouldn’t hurt to chat with the customers and give them a friendly greeting. We have stopped coming for now we just don’t get the warm fuzzies and although the atmosphere and coffee is great we are tired of the dirty tables and coldness from the employees. I have heard the same from friends who have been. It’s not just us. I hope this changes and maybe eventually we will be back again because we do love your coffee and would be avid customers. Hi Cynthia, I appreciate you taking time to give us your input.I am the owner, Christian, and I have to say that I am fairly shocked to hear that you had a non-mind-blowing experience with the staff here. If nothing else, I'd consider the quality of our staff well above the high standard we have for our products. In fact, I tell our staff regularly that customer service is the thing people actually pay for here. Good coffee is important, but generally I find that people will be happier with a lower quality experience in a restaurant, store or elsewhere so long as they were treated properly from the minute they enter until they leave.I would love to know what day/time you typically came in. We do have a large networking group that meets here weekly, and when they all leave at once, it is a big mess, and even if we just have a few orders coming in, it's not always easy to get cleaned up as quickly as possible. Other than that, we have staff constantly pulling dishes, wiping tables and keeping the place tidy. The local city and county authorities have even complimented on how tidy we keep our facilities. Again, it's possible that your regular visit took place at the same time we were cleaning up an event. As for the young man, the laptop and the paperwork, you probably spotted me. I am the owner/bookkeeper/social media/trainer/community sponsor/marketing/etc. It's a small business startup with a year in, and since we don't have an office/desk per se, we use that table to keep our business during the daytime. It also helps me keep in touch with customers and the staff so we can be responsive whenever an issue arises. It can get a bit cluttered when we're laying out ideas, promotions, etc, but I can honestly say that I've never heard any negative feedback. On the contrary, most customers will tell me they love how transparent we are with our business and how they love to see the owner sitting out with the customers, not tucked away in an office or off-site somewhere.I do wish you had addressed your concerns in person, especially since it has precluded you from being able to enjoy what sounds like a very good coffee-drinking experience for you otherwise. We greatly relish the feedback we get because we know each person on staff is capable of taking immediate action when a customer concern arises. However, it's unfortunate that we had to wait to hear that feedback until you had over 5 negative experiences.Trust me, most business owners would rather bury their head in the sand and never hear a negative word, but I want to know where we can improve for each customer. At the end of the day, I'm not just a shop owner and staff, we're all neighbors and families here in Dacula, and we care about our customers not just because they pay for products but because we all live here together.I would encourage that if you have future opportunities to give feedback to us or any other small business, ask for the manager or owner, because there's a good chance they are very close by and eager to help. Anytime a small business owner can help a customer or head off a negative online review with a simple explanation it's a win for the business, the customer and any future visitors looking for the best local experience they've ever had.If you're willing to give us another shot, let me know when you're coming in and I'd love to meet with you personally to see what else we might be able to improve for you. The coffee is on me. :D

The staff was very pleasant and kept our coffee cups filled. Restaurant and facilities were very clean and well maintained. Thought the prices were a little high on certain items. This restaurant used to be one of our favorites for breakfast and lunch, but today's experience changed everything. The "music videos" were so loud it was extremely uncomfortable both with volume and content - not family friendly at all. Could not even carry on a conversation without practically yelling at each other. It was horrible. Our food took forever today, even with 5 plus people cooking in the back. Our server was rushed and never came back to check on us after we finally got our food. Never asked if we needed anything or wanted refills on our drinks. My order was wrong, but I did not want to spend another hour waiting on my food, so I kept it. No condiments came with the meal - we had to ask another server if we could get some. Unfortunately, this will be our last time at this restaurant. Disappointing since we have been long time customers.
