Sharing the same site as Bodiam Boating Station, our restaurant is a stunning, Scandinavian boathouse inspired building, offering a relaxed, friendly and fun atmosphere, with indoor seating for up to 60. Indulge in a lazy breakfast made with locally sourc
We had a delicious lunch on a hot day. The portions were generous and sandwiches were excellent. We ending up wrapping up leftovers to take away as there was so much. The watermelon salad with mint and lime was amazing. Very friendly staff too, who were happy to advise us on boat hire. That's great to hear, thank you so much. Will share your comments with the team. Hope we see you again.

Cafe, restaurant, breakfast, lunches, tea, coffee, cakes, homewares, vintage wares, gifts, cards, jewellery, prints, soft furnishings. Eat in or Take Out. Dog Friendly, Vegan Friendly.
A friend and I met here for lunch and coffees. The cafe has things you can buy as part of it (napkins, crackers, stationery etc) but the main area is for the customers of the cafe. Thereâs a good range of delicious looking cakes, including gluten free options, but a very limited lunch menu. We both had a bagel with smoked salmon and cream cheese which was excellent. The bagel was warm and the salmon was tasty. It was a good choice! The staff were friendly. Iâd recommend it as a lunch spot.

Absolutely love the food and the staff were all super friendly.Food is well prepared and there is plenty of it, no scrimping or half filled sandwiches from this tea room. Brilliant value for money. Great selection on food and drink, fresh bread, lovely cream teas and bakery cakes. Will definitely be taking more friends and family there.

A beautiful cafe set within a Victorian Vinery.., breakfast served from 8.30 to 10.30 mid week, 9 - 12pm Saturday and 10 - 12pm Sunday, fresh daily lunch specials served from 12pm - 3pm and afternoon teas and cakes. Closed on Mondays.
We found this place by accident despite being locals! The coffee and food was fantastic. We only had snacks, cheese scones followed by spiced apple cake with clotted cream but they were both superb.Menu isnât extensive but still something delicious for everyone. The setting is beautiful in an old greenhouse.Staff and service was really good and friendly but not rushed. We will definitely be back.Thank you for your lovely review, we really appreciate it. all the best, Emma and Monty

We visited here on Saturday and met a friend for lunch. The Bakehouse was very busy and the staff were very friendly. The service was very good and the food was delicious. The prices were very reasonable. Will definitely visit again when in the area.

Small tea room serving light breakfasts and lunches. Specialising in afternoon tea, with homemade scones and cakes.
The Tiny Teapot is indeed very small, but cosy. We can only confirm the positive experiences of other reviewers and visitors. Very friendly staff and the food and service was excellent. We had a (huge) Afternoon Tea. Sandwiches, scones and cake all freshly homemade. Accompagnied by a (very) large pot of tea. We certainly will come back to enjoy more. So we can only recommend the Tiny Teapot in the beautiful village of Biddenden!

The Hive is for everyone. A business & social hub offering enterprise support, hot-desking & a community hang-out, with licensed bar & Greek kitchen offering delicious authentic Greek food with unique, boutique internet-café surroundings.
I only dropped in for a coffee and this brand new 'internet cafe' and it is a really 'buzzing' place where you can combine your internet working with a drink and/or a meal (Anglo-Greek cuisine). The service for drinks was quick, efficient and friendly and, if you are working, the "office" spaces are airy and open, tastefully decorated and equipped, and welcoming. As it says on the label, it really is a "hive" of networking.

We are a Newly refurbished Tea Room Opening 2016 .We offer Afternoon Teas using homemade produce that is baked onsite
My Husband and I went along to try flicks again. We have been several times on different days and times. Sadly there were many things not available on each occasion for different reasons. It was so disappointing as I know the quality of the food is great. Unlike other reviews I like the venue it is homely and although I do not have children they are made to feel very welcome. I would love to feel that my next visit may be more successful.Hi thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We are pleased that you like to visit the tea room. During your visit the only thing we were out of was the tart of the day, everything else was available as we went through all the flavour options with you. Chicken and Ham pie, tomato, onion and garlic pasta, roasted pepper soup , Thai veg pasty. I know you asked about the sausage rolls too but as explained they arent on the menu at the moment ..Unfortunately as everything is made in small batches for freshness, sometimes we do run out of things if lots of people order the same item off the menu, especially over the weekend with family's andGroups in âº.We do have lots of other options available We hope to see you again soon and we have what you order .Many ThanksMichele

We had been recommended this cafe and first impressions were good: a combination cafe / antiques shop. However, there was some confusion when we tried to order a gluten free filling for a jacket potatoe. We were told the mayonnaise in the tuna mayonnaise filling was not gluten free (fair enough) when my wife ordered a chicken and bacon filling the chicken came in the same mayonnaise so had to be returned (not mentioned on the menu except with reference to sandwiches). Fair enough some chicken without mayonnaise was made available. Unfortunately the jacket potato was microwaved and was over cooked. I had the standard breakfast which was spoilt by the fact that both the bacon and the sausage were over cooked. The sausage was rock hard. I did mention this to the waitress ( and I very rarely complain) and we were given our hot drinks free of charge to compensate for the mess-ups, thanks for that. Sorry guys but a disappointing visit.

Called in for a drink on a sunny afternoon. We sat outside (so that we could have our dog with us) and, although there were a few bees around, they were not that much of a problem. The service was quick and efficient and, although we were only having a drink, the serving staff were solicitous to an extrteme asking us if we were satisfied with our order. The cakes on display looked delicious and the food being served also looked very tasty and well-presented. Will be back to sample the food.
