There are multiple Hesters in Corpus. This one in located in a shopping center. Staff was friendly and food was fast. I just thought it was overpriced and nothing special about the food. IHOP would have given me more bang for the buck. We enjoy trying local restaurants. I donât think we would visit again.

I would say that Nuevo Cafe located to the left of the fancy Aveda Spa institute and across the six points Bee line bus stop is a place to feel and savor what is South Texas. Some nights you may spot the ghost of Ritchie Valens at the far end of the bar. Or have the scent of the spirit of Selena wrap you in ecstasy. People have said that this place has the vibe of honky-tonk Austin and some, the energy of San Antonio west side. I would call it the best little canteena in the C.C. 361, sandwiches, soups, and pastries. What added fun when there is Salsa dancing with live Bands on Saturday & Friday nights. Will def come back for more!

It is a lunch/brunch place in the middle of an Art Center. We ordered two hot sandwiches and some cakes from the smallish selection. Everything was fresh and very good.
