We did a cake tasting here. We were disappointed in the flavor of the cupcakes. While the cake itself was good, the icing was like eating wax. It had no flavor. They also only offer 2 cupcakes for "free" as tasters, then you have to pay for all of the rest if you want to try multiple kinds or have multiple people present. The staff was friendly and helpful, but the taste wasn't there.
Serving speciality coffees, fair-trade drip coffee, Steven Smith teas, and licensed! Lots of grab-and-go breakfast items, or stay, and enjoy some time by the fireplace and take in those incredible mountain views. Our meeting room is also available, free o
The new Beamers bar (Spring 2019) is a great place for coffee, tea, lunch (sandwiches and soups), quick breakfast fare (egg wraps, etc) and sweet baked treats. Itâs easy to pick up a snack and coffee and jump on the Roam bus (public transportation for Canmore and Banff).Bright and airy. Cell phone charging bar. Upon request, Small groups (10 people or so(?)) can use the meeting room). Congratulations to Darren and Michael for a well designed flagship store! A dream come to fruition. Well done!Since 1994 Beamers has served coffee with a smile, warmth and cheer. Two other locations in Canmore (one downtown at Main & 7th Store(120, 737 - 7th Ave), and the other down the Road at A - 1702 Bow Valley Trail.Ps - Trip Advisor has two listings for this location at the Shops of Canmore (that should be merged). Hi J-in-the-mtns,Thank you so much! It has been a wonderful journey, and we couldn't do it without the support of our loyal customers!I will look into the two listings thing, TA isn't the best at catching that....See you soon!Darren
A casual counter-service cafe offering daily curry specials and samosas, along with homemade soup, sandwiches, other non-curry grab and go favorites, great locally roasted specialty coffees, specialty chai teas, beer & wine. Our Market area is a great pla
This place offers a casual dining experience of fresh and authentic Indian cuisine at a very fair price. We each had the small portion size of two different dishes and both were delicious. It is in a new retail location that is shaping up to offer a variety of businesses. They also offer great frozen meal options for take out and catering. Give it a try and you won't be dissappointed.I am happy you enjoyed your meal! The location is still very new but we are excited about the future. I hope to see you again.

It is a good coffee and a good service, what else do you need?I live bear by so I am quite happy I don't have to walk downtown to get a decent cup of coffee. There's a few options for vegans/gf people, which is a bonus.
Iâve been here twice now on two separate visits. They have a great, friendly staff. The coffeehouse is always packed which is a good sign. The food is yummy and well prepared. Everything tasted home-made. This time we had the breakfast panini with a very interesting seed bun, and the Canadian Maple Panini-both delicious. The freestone peach and cherry tarts on the flaky pastry shell were to die for! The baristas know their stuff and the machine was brand-new on Christmas Day. If you want a cosy place to have a coffee and a biteto eat then this is the place.

Hearty, healthy meals and mouthwatering treats make our locally owned and operated cafe a Bow Valley Gem. Must tries include delicious house-made wraps, soups, fresh salads, and THE best cinnamon buns this side of the Rockies! Plenty of Gluten free and ve
I had the a gluten-free veggie frittata and enjoyed it; the potato crust was great! I also had the roasted beet, yam, and goat cheese salad; it was absolutely delicious! My husband had the chicken club wrap (in a gluten-free tortilla) and was equally happy with his choice. The service was friendly and quite fast. This is a small restaurant and fortunately was not busy when we were there, but I can see where the line-up to order food could be a nuisance during busy times.

Le fournil Bakery provides small moments of pleasure to its customers, in the form of freshly baked breads, viennoiseries (croissants and more), pastries, quick lunches and specialityâ food items, all made in-store using the highest quality natural ingred
A very simple bakery with excellent pastries and breads, all on display. It's very popular. We waited on a short line each time. Service moves along as most of it involves just plating, boxing or bagging the food items. Lattes, espressos, coffees, etc. take a little more time.Everything they had was excellent. Only four instead of a five rating because seating is tight and fills up and they do run out of things. A credit to their popularity, I guess! The store is located in a professional center that has ample parking. There's no doubt this place can either expand to a larger store, or open a second location. It's that good. Pro Tip - Get an order to go when heading to the Athabasca Glacier for the day. You will thank me later for having such a great lunch on hand instead of the awful stuff they serve at the park!

Downtown Canmore's fresh, healthy and vibrant cafe/ restaurant. Open for breakfast and lunch. Big salad bowls, pad thai noodle bowls, rice bowls, sandwiches, wraps, many vegan and vegetarian and gluten free friendly options. 80+ varieties of loose leaf te
After walking through downtown Canmore we popped into this gem of a restaurant for a cup of tea, but after looking at their menu we had to order lunch. The order line was long, but moved quickly. The salads and bowls contain thoughtful ingredients that taste delicious together. The roasted tomato + pesto soup was out of this world.
