While walking in Mercaz HaCarmel neighborhood you can find a interesting coffee shop at Gan HaEm. Nice place to chat and spend some quality time with friends, family and children. You can enjoy .the zoo, carousell and also taste a excelent coffee at Cafe
After seeing the top of the Bahá'i gardens in Haifa we wandered a few minutes around after this Café came into our side. It's a very neat place decorated with charm. The waiter was very kind and the food was extra good. The Sabih here is made with pancakes instead of bread. Just great! Thank you!

Italian, meats, fish, hamburger, schnitzels
The food was superb. The unique broccoli felafel appetizer was scrumptious. The chestnut-filled gnocchi melted in our mouths. So did the chicken livers, which were cooked to perfection, and not overcooked, as is too often the case. The service matched the terrific food, in fact, surpassed it. The wait staff was extremely attentive but unobtrusive. For example, even though our waitress was across the room and behind the bar, she noticed immediately when we needed more napkins, came around the bar, across the entire room, to not only get us more napkins, but gave us wet wipes that are usually only provided at the end of the meal. The desserts looked good, but the portions were so large that we had no capacity for another bite. We'll be back, though. :-) The only surprising thing was that they closed for a while, very late in the afternoon/ early evening, apparently to prepare for the supper crowd. This was on a Saturday, probably their busiest day. I didn't check their hours; this may be their normal hours. The restaurant is unpretentious, with lots of warm wood; the floor is also made of wood, and seemed slippery in places, although it was very clean. Definitely family friendly; lots of families even with small children were enjoying their meals around us. A porch provides extra seating outside, which is definitely needed. While I didn't see anyone waiting, and we didn't have to wait, the restaurant was almost full the entire time that we were there.

Im local. Im used to expensive resturants with average service.. Yet this overdoes it. First sign for a bad place in israel: no water on the table. We haf to ask. Three times. The eggs were over fried, they tried to charge twice for the coffee, . try to avoid

Had a great lunch here and would definitely recommend. Prices are fair, menus ONLY available in Hebrew but kind waiters who were ready to tell us options in English. Many salads, sandwiches, meatballs, curry vegetarian and also traditional Israeli food available!! Great smoothies and (cold) coffee with RICE or SOY Milk available! - great to enjoy a nice lunch (we had to wait quite sometime for the food but it was worth it!) - area around it is quite remote and nothing much but good for a stop before visiting Caesarea for example. - free water for everyone with meals!

Port Cafe located within Caesarea National Park and is surrounded by heritage and Mediterranean Sea. Canât ask for more with the blend of both from environment perspective. We tried the israel breakfast with latte. The food was above standard and value added with sea breeze. Definitely worth to spare you your time to take a break esp under heat.
