Child friendly cafe, with small free play area. We serve all day breakfasts along loads of delicious lunch dishes. We are famous for our delicious desserts and mega milkshakes!
I am a regular visitor to peggys, and canât go for more than a few days without my vanilla latte! The mug is huuuuuuuuge!Whilst eating there this morning, a small child hurt herself in the play area while her mum was enjoying a mummyâs day catching up with friends, and the staff went above and beyond to deal with the emergency situation. The cafe owner even rushed to the local shop to buy calpol with money from the till, and gave the child a personalised balloon to help make her smile. The food is always lovely (my favourite dish is the chicken mayo pesto and mozzarella panini), staff are always welcoming and cafe is always immaculate!Well done peggys.

Small friendly cafe, serving good quality food and drinks. Including vegetarian, vegan, gluten and diary free dishes.
Wow, I wasn't expecting this to be a perfect lunch. Between my coeliac requirements and the need to avoid a few other foods as well, I often find cafes and restaurants to be stressful and/or problematic. Not here! They completely understood what I needed/wanted and came up with the most gorgeous and delicious salad! And everyone else's food looked great, too. Clean, friendly, helpful - with fabulous food! Can't wait to go back...

A traditional, quality, reasonably priced and licensed cafe with a twist! Whether you fancy an English cooked breakfast, fresh sandwich, home cooked meal, pick-me-up home baked cake or a glass of wine/beer - we have it all! Experience all your old cafe fa
Today we visited this wonderful restaurant for breakfast. The quality of the food was outstanding, fresh ingredients cooked to perfection. The owner and staff were all very professional and friendly. Great atmosphere and décor. I highly recommend this restaurant and can not wait to return.

Lovely surroundings; friendly staff; steep prices for ordinary. Almost £6 for a sausage sandwich! My friend had a bacon and egg sandwich with a hole cut out of the slice of bread to show the yolk of the egg so she had to eat it with a knife and fork! The 'chef' clearly thought he was in the West End, not in a furniture shop among a retail shopping parade. Prices are as inflated as the rest of Dansk.Thank you very much for your honest review. We appreciate that we are not the cheapest option for brunch, and are dissapointed that you do not feel that you have received value for money in your overall experience in our cafe.Thank you for your feedback regarding the way we present our breakfast sandwich, we felt that most of our customers would prefer to use cutlery when eating this type of sandwich, but will certainly take your comments on board.

What a lovely little eatery have had various off the menu over the years from cooked breakfast other lunches toasted sandwiches and lovely home cooked cakes. It's outdoor seating is lovely on a warm day and it's very popular as dogs are welcome. There prices are good and staff are friendly and the food is lovely and cooked fresh . The only down fall due to its popularity on a weekend if you don't get out early you might have to wait. Well worth visiting my friends and I have no complaints .

This is a traditional café, a warm welcome and plenty of seating. A wide menu, or traditional food. Great breakfasts, and they can also do excellent poached eggs, which some cafes do not even try.Looking for good traditional food, here it is

I visited thie cafe/restaurant today to have lunch with two friends - this is not my first visit. A very fussy friend recommended this to me and I have never been disappointed yet. The food is always lovely and the staff are always, helpful, friendly and obliging. One of the best things about coming here is that you're never hurried, you can stay and chat as long as you want to. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone.

Café Café is Benfleets newest eating experience serving Breakfast, Brunch and Lunch as well as Freshly Made Sandwiches, a selection of Cakes and Afternoon Cream Teas plus Lattes, Mocha's, Cappuccino's, Americano's and of course a cuppa from a good old fas
The venue is quite small and not a traditional tea shop, but very clean. The sandwiches were very nice, with tomato and garnish on top, and small sausage rolls. The scones were lovely too. There was a slice of chocolate cake, slice of crumble cake and an apple and cinnamon fancy. Three of us started with lattes and were offered more. When I went to give the tip I was told I needed to pay £8.30 for the extra 3 lattes. I didn't mind but would have liked to have been told they would be charged when we were offered more.
