Historic thatched bakery in the heart of Branscombe, owned by the National Trust and run independently as a tea room and museum space with a focus on seasonal food, traditional crafts and local heritage. Winter hours from 28th Oct: open WedâSun 11amâ4pm.
Iâve been a couple of times this week. The first time I had a lovely scrumpy pork pie, with salad. Good Sea Cider from Branscombe. Second visit was a pot of tea and lovely carrot cake. Then today a fab cheese scone and coffee cafetière. Lovely food, reasonably priced. Good staff. Can sit inside or out. Always walk down to Greater Seaside to walk off the food!
Passiflora is a plant based, wellness cafe based in Seaton. We offer speciality coffee, fresh smoothies, cakes and a small plant based menu. Passiflora is a calm space to escape to and we offer regular wellness events.
So glad we found this, great coffee great service, great food and great atmosphere! Kid friendly as well, couldnât recommend enough!

Kenno's is a real find if you take time to walk along the cobbles to the last beach cafe. Wonderful friendly service and what a treat to sit by the sea at the table and chairs and smell the breakfast cooking or take a mug of tea down to the shoreline with a slice of cake in a deck chair. We recently asked if they would host a little wedding party for us one evening and they did us proud. Thank you Tracey and Flo see you next summer

Galley cafe situated on the stunning Jurassic coastline in seaton Devon , serving all day breakfast , light lunches locally sourced pasties /pies ,burgers homemade cakes speciality coffees and lots more
It's hard to imagine how anyone could give this cafe a bad review but I notice there are a few but mostly very good comments. We visited this cafe on 23rd April 2019 but had already had a cream tea there earlier in the Spring and it was very good value for money, but the best was yet to come. I had a veggie breakfast today and it was the best I had ever eaten, let me explain, the staff were pleasant, helpful and polite and not only was the food superb but also piping hot. There is nothing worse than being presented with food lukewarm so congratulations to this cafe for getting everything just right.

Fabulous little 'hole in the wall'. You could easily miss it - but don't!!It is like sitting down in someone's home kitchen. Checked tablecloths, mugs of tea, un-matching china - totally awesomel Food cooked fresh to your exact requirements. The portions are enormous and fabulous - so go hungry! Plenty of nostalgia by way of Dell Boy, Rodney and Grandad memorabilia. This is a real treasure:)

Spoilt today, 1st excellent breakfast then this afternoon we're walking our pooch and find the Hideaway.Friendly staff greated us, we sat on the promenade with glorious sunshine and chose the spicey chicken tostdas, and a side order home made slaw. Did not have to wait long... Fantastic little dish to share, fresh, tasty and coleslaw was crisp and creamy. Went to pay bill and came away with some homemade cakes.... Lemon and raspberry, chocolate biscuit cake and spiced apple cake ( which we enjoyed later with tea back at cottage. â¤ï¸â¤ï¸Cheers guys we'll be back later in the week

This place is so pretty! The staff are lovely! The food is delicious! My husband and I shared a crab sandwich and cream tea. It was so delicious, really generous fillings! We both recommend coming here! It made us feel like we were on holiday being spoilt. I fit in fine with my wheelchair, you would need help up a step at the entrance as thereâs no ramp. There isnât a disabled toilet... but thereâs a public one outside. Thereâs such a cute shop in the entrance. Very narrow, but if you love cute little home decorations and jewellery, itâs worth the effort!

We hadn't been in Seaton for a while but found The Terrace Arts Cafe as reliable as ever. My only complaint was that my meal was absolutely enormous! Beautiful chips, lovely salad and dressing. I bet loads of people don't realise it is veggie/vegan either!
