We ate here before attending the Cirque du Soleil show. The outdoor seating has a great view of the river and itâs in the midst of the old downtown shopping district. Service and food were excellent.

Small but nice little gem! The menu is limited, but what is great is that they use locally available and fresh ingredients such as cheese from the Fromagerie l'Ancêtre, bagels from Bagel St-Gregoire, etc. Their coffee is very tasty and worth it. They also sell fudge and local foods, as well as locally made soap. Yes, soap! But don't worry, the soap is in a different room and you won't be incommodated by the smells while you eat. There is a very unique rack outside, to accomodate visitors that come by bike. Hope you will enjoy the place as much as we did!

We were looking for a place to buy fresh bread or baguette for a dinner party - and a local recommended this bakery / boulangerie. The place was already mostly full when we arrived at lunch time. There is a daily soup - that comes with your choice of croutons or bread. You can also order from the display (salads, sandwich). You take a seat and they will call you when it is ready and then you can pay afterwards. The staff are all super nice and helpful. This is a delightful place to go for lunch - to get a nice soup on a cold day and delicious baked goods. The cheese croissant was so good - buttery and full of cheesiness. We selected the baguette with olives and it was a hit at our dinner party. This place is typical of a small town - where everyone knows each other. We felt welcomed and the baked goods are excellent.
My son wanted something for breakfast and I wanted a coffee...He had the grilled ham and cheese croissant sandwich which he liked but wouldn't "write home" about as he says...the cappuccino and hot chocolate were both luke warm...the place was clean but the service was lacking...
Stumbled upon this lovely family owned cafe. Food was very fresh and delicious. Those freshly baked bagels were excellent. We loved it so much that we came back another day for lunch even though it was a detour. I highly recommend this place.
