Things to do in Ascot
This place opened fairly recently and is really excellent. The big difference from most cafes is that so much is clearly homemade by the actual people who work there. The cakes are quirky, a big range and taste delicious. Coffee very good too, and served in cute crockery. We have been a couple of times, sitting down in the cafe, but it seems a lot of people also come for takeaway. Well worth going to
Used to be called Treacles but has been taken over by new management and completely refurbished.Set back a little from the main high street, you would be forgiven for missing it.Parking is onstreet or in a small municipal car park at the rear, free for two hours (according to the signs) but in fact is completely free most times as the ticket machine always seems to be out of order.Decor is beautifully botanically themed. All the walls sport multiple shelves holding indoor plants. Very soothing.Food is very tasty, staff very pleasant. Wifi. Will be a regular for me
My son and I came here on Wed 19th June 2019 for Royal Ascot - managed to get the last 2 places inside - both enjoyed a breakfast sandwich - very tasty and reasonably priced - the staff were brilliant and service with a smile. we will always use this place when in Ascot.

Founded by greengrocer Bill Collison, Bill's serves eclectic British dishes made with fresh and seasonal ingredients.
This was our fifth breakfast visit to Bill's and I was expecting the previous good food and service we had had on our previous visits. So was very disappointed when this did not happen. We arrived at 11.30 a.m for breakfast and chose to sit outside. Our order was taken within 5 minutes and then it all went downhill. I had ordered 2 teas and 2 tap waters but only one of each turned up so I had to ask again. We waited 40 minutes for our food to arrive and when it did my scrambled egg on toast was cold. My daughter said she would eat her bacon roll as hers was warmish. I declined another breakfast as my daughter would have finished hers by then. We heard of at least 4 other tables complaining about both the food and service. Our waiter was apologetic and said he would take the service charge off. The manager also spoke to me and again was very polite and apologetic and advised it was due to a problem with some kitchen equipment. It will not stop me from trying again at some point but not for a while. A shame as was a supposed to be a celebratory occasion.

So for all cyclists looking for a day trip from South West London all roads lead to Pasha in Chobham - well its a change from the Surrey Hills and for those looking for a flat route an alternative to Windsor - the Menu is great and Coffee excellent - there's plenty of space out the front for the Bikes and a very comfortable area inside - and just remember to have a piece of the complementary Turkish delight as you leave

Newley refurbished Coffee Shop & Café offering a range of breakfasts, light lunch, hot drinks, cakes and more. we are situated on Warren Row just off Fernbank road in north Ascot.
Was a bit bored of the limited choice of venues to grab a good sandwich when working on a Saturday in Ascot, so a colleague found this place online.Decided to give it a try. It's in the less desirable part of Ascot, off Fernbank Road, but the food was good and pricing very reasonable. Service was prompt and polite also. Worth a punt! Thanks very much for taking the time to post your comments. And thanks for giving us a 4*. Really appreciated. Hope to see you back soon.

A warm & friendly service coupled with the new décor of grey hues and off whites makes it a relaxing and informal environment to visit for breakfast, lunch or coffee. The striking deli counter offers a colourful array of freshly prepared salads and savour
This is my 3rd visit in the last few weeks since discovering this little gem.Nothing is to much trouble, on my first visit with 6 girl friends I had a almond paste croissant which they warmed in the oven it was the best I have ever had. On my next visit with my husband I had noticed they didnât have any left, I asked if they had any and the staff said âoh we can make you oneâ it was just as good the second time. I went for a birthday lunch this week with friend and another lovely lunch. They have lovely freshly squeeze orange juice, tasty filled panini, quiche wonderful cakes. The staff are all lovely, friendly and helpful.I love this cafe.

We have been meaning to try Eliane for a while - it's a mini Ottolenghi and a fantastic healthy option. The salad selection is delicious; we had pea and mint crush, a sort of lentil dahl, green beans, sweet potato and more. The all day breakfasts are also great; avocado, salmon and poached eggs plus the Eliane breakfast with amazing scrambled eggs. The only thing I'd question is the price of the smoothies, as at £6 each that adds up for a family of four. We will return but will stick to water. We are delighted that you have visited us at our Sunningdale branch and thank you for your great comments.. We pride ourselves in providing delicious and imaginative dishes that are wholesome and healthy using only the highest quality ingredients... With this in mind we believe that our freshly made juices and smoothies are competively priced as we use locally sourced and organic ingredients... Thank you again for your kind words and your appreciation of our brunch menu. We look forward to seeing you again soon...

Our place is your space, come by for breakfast, lunch, coffee and everything in between! All travellers welcome!
Went here for my wifeâs 30th birthday for brunch. We were a party of 6 adults and one baby (in her push chair). The staff seemed slightly âannoyedâ we had turned up. There were only about 5/6 other diners there... the staff were rude and slightly aggressive. My wife retuned here smoothly as it was so sour it was undrinkable. We asked our waitress to try it. She did, and agreed, but said we will still have to pay for it. In a nutshell.. overpriced and rude staff. Just go to Ascot grill opposite them. At least they smile!

Our place is your space, come by for breakfast, lunch, coffee and everything in between! We may have a uniquely South African influence throughout the group but our cuisine is of no fixed abode! We havenât sat behind a desk and trawled through cookery boo
