Arzachena lies half way between the original Costa Smeralda resort and Porto Rafael, both founded in the late 1950s. After Olbia and Tempio Pausania, it is the third largest commune in Gallura by inhabitants.

We loved this place. We found it on a visit to Porto Cervo on our first night and loved it so much we went again for our farewell dinner on our last night five days later. The quality of the fresh pasta is exceptional and the range and authenticity of the sauces is outstanding. The service is very efficient and also very friendly and welcoming. All of this and yet the vale for money is superb which is not the case in many good restaurants in this pricey town in this pricey region. Lovely outdoor setting. Mysteriously although we found various tables with a 'reserved' sign when our hotel called to reserve they were told this is not possible so there may be VIP visitors or something but just arrive about 7.20 (it opens at 7.30) and sit down at a non-reserved table and you should be fine - it worked for us on both visits! AOP, pesto, clams, bolognese all wonderful, excellent wines (we just had the aperitif red/white which were fine and good value) and fab desserts (just a choice of two but home made and delicious, great side salads too.Dear OrphanoftheStorm_13,Thanks a lot for this lovely review, we are delighted to learn that you had such a good experience at our Elit Promenade Café Restaurant part of Zamira Lounge family.Our Chef Francesco is known for preparing his dishes with love passion and talent and when this is recognized by our extimated Guests he is proud and happy.Kindest regards from our Team, we look forward to our next visit

Had a burger. Useless to say it's not their strong.. Poor taste and a strange combination of ingredients for the burger. The waiter was amazed to hear that the burger was not nice. Not advised.

We stopped here for a drink whilst exploring the local area in our car. The pastries looked so delicious we were tempted to try them even though we'd just had breakfast. They were as good as they looked! It's a very pretty little cafe but there's no view (unless you like looking at the road!). The kids entertained themselves watching little lizards climbing the walls outside.

My partner and I stopped here for an early lunch around 11am. Ordered the lasagna and ravioli. Both dishes came out too quickly and we're obviously reheated in the microwave. The lasagna was cold in the middle and pasta was hard and dry. Would not recommend this place for food.
