Just lunch cake and coffee for a couple of days, good on all accounts, nice gluten free bread as well. Nice feel as a smallish cafe with very good friendly service.

We wandered along the front looking for somewhere to eat, and chose this place as it looked privately owned. Best meal in 4 weeks. So good we went back for breakfast.Only downside is that eating outside we were bothered by flies, but that's not their fault, and the flies clearly had good taste.So go, but eat inside.Well thank you for your nice review. I agree that the fly's are bad. I have been informed by other Restaurant owners that they have there business sprayed each year to prevent this problem. I have nearly done this but I can't get the thought out of my head that if Fly's can't live here for 12 months, then what is the spray doing to my staff and patrons? Therefore, I just keep buying the Mortein fly spray and just use this. Thanks anyway for your comments,CheersMark

We had Aussie Burgers (incl one with gluten free bun) here again for lunch. Well prepared, tasty and filling. Quick and friendly service. Sat inside due to poor weather. Newspapers available to read. Good value and now accept credit card payment but 1.5% surcharge.

Really interesting range of wholefood dishes available and a very relaxed and friendly atmosphere. The coffee is as good as you will get anywhere in the world - really, if you're keen on coffee and anywhere near Apollo Bay you must try Icaro Cafe.
