Things to do in Amesbury
The cafe is hidden away in the The Beeches Community Centre, which although behind wire and run by the Army is totally open to everyone. A child friendly and comfortable cafe/restaurant. Ideal for meeting friends or even business meetings. The food is really cheap and tasty, all freshly prepared by the friendly staff and the cakes are AMAZING! There is a big outdoor play area for children which is totally safe and enclosed. Toys and books available at the far end of the carpeted area to keep little ones amused. Choice of comfy seats for hot drinks and cakes or chair and table seating if you fancy one of the cooked breakfasts or lunch options. What a find, I live only about 8 miles away and I will be coming back regularly with my friends for tea and cake or for lunch!
Free parking front of the shop

Usually you can guarantee a farm shop will be a delight to eat in, however, although the setting was lovely, the food was not. We ordered soup and a toasted sandwich. The soup was not great, watery and not very tasty and the toastie was greasy and oozed oil and fat. The worse thing was the price of this food, very overpriced for what it was. Maybe, we were just unlucky, judging by other reviews here, but I would hesitate to eat here again.Thank you for spending the time to leave a review, I am sorry you found the soup not to your taste, with regard to the toast the only "oil/fat" we use is a light coating of butter on the outside, perhaps it was the filling, cheese maybe? With regard to price these are clearly displayed on the menu next to the items and we always describe the sizes etc, so there are no surprise's as payment it taken before the food is prepared. If any of these point were mentioned whilst you were here we could have easily rectified/re-inbursed, we do not recall any large quantities of either dish being returned to the kitchen, only empties.
Big tasty breakfasts in all manner if combinations for low prices. If they've not got the b'fast combi you want just ask. Always full because it's so good. Parking can be a pain but worth it. Large selection of meals all day long - visited loads of times and never been disappointed. I travel past 2 'all you can eat' places to get there and it's worth it for the quality. Clean, cheap, no frills, v tasty, big eats.

we just discovered the fabulous KK,s by reading trip advisor..thank goodness. very good coffee..wonderful hot chocolate and the cakes are divine..no food is cooked until 10.30 and everything is cooked to order..e will be back later another day..
Baked potato was passable. Cutlery provided (knives) are useless for cutting even baked potatoes!Tuna Mayo filling was devoid of Mayo and had to add own from sachets. Sausage and bacon cob was OK.No soap in toilets only sanitizerCheap enough £8 for both including coffees

5* for being accommodating with special diets! All the meals are cooked to order which can mean a bit of a wait, but make sure you are in entertaining company or you have a good book and you aren't in a hurry, because this is not fast food, and it hasn't been sitting for hours waiting for hours for you to turn up and order it. My request to substitute boiled potatoes for their gorgeous mash and to hold back on the salad dressing and omit the avocado was met with some hilarity - but they are always laughing so it was to be expected, and everything came as I had ordered it. I've eaten there many times and have never been disappointed. I particularly like the sea bass, the avocado and spinach salad, and the mac 'n' cheese.Children are particularly welcome and there is a good and varied menu just for them!Brett and Rufaro are welcome additions to the community and I wish them every success with their lovely cafe and excellent freshly made food!Thank you so much for your kind words. They say laughter is the best medicine, a happy, welcoming face is healing to the soul. Food made with a smile always tastes better. Thank you for your custom, we are glad you enjoy the food. See you again son

A home from home kitchen serving delicious and tempting fare, healthy breakfast and lunch with a naughty Cake or two! Couple this with an Amazing collection of Tea and absolutely supurb Coffee...!!! Come join our family!
We thoroughly enjoyed our lunch here, not just because of the food. The owner, Callie, was a breath of fresh air and weâre glad we came in. The sandwiches were freshly made and the fillings overflowing. This a lovely little cafe, not your run of the mill cake and coffee shop, although it provided excellent examples of both. Itâs light and airy with comfortable seating and parking at the rear.Katie,We absolutely loved having you! Thank you so much for your kind review and we hope to see you again soon!Cals
