Have been going to crete for 8 years now, always at the centre of our stay is classico cafe the owners are brilliant, the food and drinks are excellent and the cafe itself is very welcoming, its smack bang in the middle of the beach with outstanding views. Love it

This restaurant has to be the best in Agia Pelagia, Stella,Vassilis and Nikos are warm, genuine people, just like their food!I are here every night of my holiday and sampled something different from the menu each time (except for gemista (stuffed tomatoes) which were the best Iâve tasted and ate them every day) I ate Moussaka, Saginaki, Souvlaki, pastitsio and stifado, all of them were authentic and delicious. The taverna has an open view across the bay, situated on the beach front, if you arenât staying in the village but you are anywhere near Heraklion itâs worth the taxi ride to visit.

We had an amazing good evening at Del Mar, we felt like eating some Italian food and chose this place, so happy we did it because it was excellent!We took a pizza 4 stagioni and a penne amatriciana, the pizza was very tasty with good ingredients and the penne was dilicious and well cooked âal denteâ.The staff was incredible, they really know how to give a high quality service, and so friendly and passionated about everything.We received some little delicious extras from the house to taste... Wonderful!I highly recommend to eat here when youâre in Naxos. A place at the beach side with a beautiful sundowner view....I want to give more than 5 stars but thatâs not possible on TripAdvisor Thank you for creating and giving us an excellent evening!

Great place for a coffee break. View is lovely and they have the best coffee! While you sit at the blue clean furniture the nice lady's makes you the coffee you want.
