I'm unfortunately very hard to feed as I can't process many stuffs. Mainly lactose, milk protein, eggs, and anything that grew up in the sea or a river. Despite this, I had no problem to find something nice and tasty to eat at Puddleduck restaurant, after I explained my problems. So, thank you very much.

This will be a mixed review however hopefully you will understand the reason for my poor rating at the end....As always we check trip advisor and Facebook in order to find out the best places to eat, visit, drink etc...So you have maybe seen from previous reviews we love live music and we are partial to a bit of karaoke !!!We were delighted to find âretro barâ who offered both ,fantastic !!! It was a fair wander from the hotel but hey why not !!!We arrived around 9 ish and found a little gem of a bar plenty of seats, attentive staff the food looked good and lots of screens for football etc...the background music was good and we settled down to wait for karaoke...hereâs where it turns...You guessed it no karaoke even though advertised,we asked the staff and were told sorry not tonight...BUT...definitely live music tomorrow,so we gave them the benefit of the doubt and decided to come back the following night ...Night 2....no live music, when we asked...âsorry weâve been let down but karaoke will be on soonâ....so we waited guess what ? No karaoke !!!We saw âgames nightâ advertised a few nights later so thought weâd give it a go!!Had good fun the bar was busy but again we were told Karakoe after but again nothing ..Night 4...flyers in the bar-Facebook etc etc...âSaturday is karakoe!!!â Last chance we thought ....4 drinks later you guessed it nothing !!!!So the bar on its own is a good bar for sure however if youâre gonna advertise something deliver it thatâs my point and the reason for the rating ...hope that makes sense?

Union Jack Bar & restaurant caters for everybody's needs. Showing all Live sports and having a large varied menu we have instantly created a hotspot for ex patriots and tourists a like. Opening in November 2010, Union Jack has brought a touch of home abro
I was there for a meal with my friends. There is quite a good selection of meals on the menu and a good selection of alcohol drinks also coffee and tea. There were 7 of us and we all enjoyed our different meals the prices are no different to other resteraunts and the staff make you welcome. There is music inside and outside also televisions inside and outside. The only problem is that you have to go upstairs on the roof for the toilets so this restaurant is not for the less mobile. Otherwise a good evening out. Only 4 stars because of the toilet. The only thing I didn't really like was the waiter was always hanging around so if he could go and wait somewhere else that would be a bonus but this could have been because there were few people there and they wanted to please you and not have to wait for drinks or food I'm not sure. But if we need him we can always call him over.

We went to jive bar nearly every day when we were away as the food in our hotel was so bad. The staff were excellent and very welcoming, the food was great as well. We couldn't have asked for a better place to be on our doorstep. They also showed all of the football, and the drink was very cheap- thanks guys!!
