We enjoyed a fabulous meal here. Tuesday night is pie night and my husband wasn't disappointed. His steak and ale pie was homemade and stuffed full with steak. I had a mushroom and halloumi ciabatta with salad which was awesome. The chips were recommended and didn't disappoint!! All the staff here are lovely and incredibly welcoming. You won't leave here hungry that's for sure!

we arrived approx. 6pm and restaurant was very busy. was slightly disappointed that they had no haddock left. wanted to try the Huge Harry.they had cod and was available in Colassal Colin size or normal. service was very good. would love to try again but this time with the haddock. decent value for money.Little bit confused by this - was it a different restaurant you visited? We are the Harbour Fish and Grill in Newquay, situated on the Harbour. We don't serve Huge Harrys or Colossal Colins but we do offer a lovely selection of fresh fish, seafood, meat and vegetarian options!

Quaint cafe with a vintage twist serving breakfasts, fab toasties, sandwiches and the biggest scones in Newquay with our gorgeous cream teas
My partner wanted to visit as she is gf and dairy free, we went for a breakfast and the ladies that served us were helpful and attentive, special comment to the gluten free bread. We enjoyed it so much that we simply had to try a bit of their lunch menu, the gluten free pastie was also dairy free (not sure if always is or not) but my girlfriend thoroughly enjoyed it whilst I munched on the best chocolate cake Iâve ever had. Would love to visit again if in the area.

We came across this cafe by chance 9 years ago after getting fed up of eating fast food & have been coming back every year since. Staff are polite & friendly, the food is delicious, good portions and reasonably priced, especially for families. We have had various items on the menu over the years; Lasagne, Scampi, Steak & Ale Pie, cooked breakfast & a variety of kids meals all of which have been delicious - empty plates all round. We will be back next year.

A fresh Australian restaurant, with a casual dining experience, using a mix of local Cornish and Australian produce. Open for breakfast, lunch, dinner and coffee and cakes.
Saturday 4 October we travelled from North Devon to the wonderful Bush Pepper for lunch with my husbands family who were visiting Cornwall from Newcastle. Having been to Bush Pepper earlier in the year for my daughters pre wedding celebrations we were excited to be returning and were not disappointed. Great service, fabulous food great value and a lovely lunch time atmosphere thank you to all the lovely staff and fabulous chef and the team

Iâd really prefer not to write a review and try to keep this fabulous restaurant quiet. But I think that ship has sailed. Almost impossible to get a table and when you do get one youâll understand why. Quirky building great atmosphere and awesome food.

Vintage Tea Room and triple-award winning garden, gorgeous conservatory with grapevine, Village Stores, community Post Office
We visited the tea rooms for a lunch. I had jacket potato and beans. John had a cream tea. The tea room was spotless, the food was delicious and the conservetry was delightful. From the cup and saucer lamp shades to the beautifully kept garden, Tea was served in china tea pots with china cups and saucers. We will definitely use the tea rooms again. We had walked in from Mawgan Porth and were in need of refreshments, Thank you to all of the staff. Margaret and John Marsh.Thank you for your lovely comments, it really means such a lot to us. We're so pleased to hear you enjoyed your visit, and hope you'll be back soon for more of the same. Bonita :)

Excellent cafe - small but quirky with plenty of outdoor seating. The cinnamon buns are amazing! Great location en route from the town centre to Fistral.

A small seafood restaurant, with fantastic views of fistral beach, serving the freshest fish and shellfish, crab and lobster directly from Newquay harbour, with a very reasonably priced menu.
Whilst visiting friends in the area they booked us to The Fish House (they have visited previously) on Thursday 31st and overall we had a most enjoyable evening. To start we had the Grilled Scallops (3) with ginger, garlic, black beans soy and sesame oil £8.95 (excellent) and the Seafood Sharing Board (crab cakes...lovely, two salt and pepper shell on prawns, piquillo peppers stuffed with salt cod...very good, light battered squid with aioli ..disappointed....fresh focaccia...lovely texture but could have done with a little more flavour of garlic and herb) £17.95. For mains my wife had the Whole Plaice £23.00 to which she said was excellent as was our other mains ..Chickpea Stew with grilled hake £18.95 (hake cooked to perfection and lovely flavours in the stew)...Roasted Hake £18.95. To accompany our meal we had a bottle of Verdejo £18.50 and a 250ml glass of Tempranillo £6.50. The service overall was attentive, helpful and friendly especially Tia. There is no service charge. We would certainly visit again when in the area.
