Acquired by Stonegate Pub Company in November 2015, The Swan Inn is nestled in the heart of the affluent Haslemere community. Having been fully refurbished to a high and standard, we offer a delicious seasonal menu, complemented by fine wines, a great ran
Had a very nice meal - accommodating staff, food was excellent, and very good value. The pub has a homely feel with comfy seating and nice decor. On another occasion we would have tried out one of the board games. Beer was very good. Overall, excellent.thank you glad you enjoyed

Myself and my partner have looked and been to several cafes or restaurants for breakfast, just to realise that this is on our doorstep.Wow I went for the breakfast and was NOT disappointed at all absolutely delicious. My partner had a small breakfast which was half a normal breakfast so instead of 2 sausages she had 1. She was full after that.....until.....She spied the cakes, biscuits and all round delicious looking treatsSo she had shown interest in the fruit cake so we were given some to try and myself not liking fruit cake I was surprised how nice it was,,,,,, then the chocolate chip shortbread arrived mmmmmAll I can say is that if you are in Haslemere and feel peckish then this is the place to go. Reminds me of times gone by where the staff were polite and the atmosphere was friendly and it wasnât all about getting the most money out of you. Therefore I highly recommend this cafe and itâs very reasonable prices for honest good food

We love Sweetpeas! Coming here for breakfast on a Sunday, every couple of months, has become a little family tradition (even when we don't need anything from the garden centre itself)! They are very good with children and have a toy box, a kids' table and colouring books/pencils and are very accommodating, with their kids' lunch packs etc.The food is delicious and well priced and the decor is simple, sweet & cosy. Great coffee too!We definitely recommend this friendly, welcoming, cafe'!

Relaxing times at Haslemere's favourite pub. With its low-level sofas, stupendous list of speciality drinks and fresh, seasonal pub food, The White Horse is a favourite with the lovely people of Haslemere and beyond. Despite its ultra-relaxed atmosphere th

Food is available 12-2 and 7-9.30 every day. It is served in our comfortable, cosy bar (with fireplace) or more formal restaurant and conservatory, seating up to 45. An extensive menu ranging from traditional pub grub to fine dining with a 'specials board
Needed a cheapish room for a night. Very good greeting. Single room very clean, compact and excellent shower. Meals in restaurant very good, had freshly grilled swordfish. Breakfast on Sunday 8:30 - I needed to be gone by then but they happily agreed to give me the full breakfast earlier.Dear Desmond, we thank you for taking time to review us, itâs always nice to know we have satisfied our guests, hope to see you again soon. All the best ken Diane and our great team

Impressively restored, The Station House sits on the hill opposite Haslemere train station. The original Victorian inn has been styled to reflect a French brassiere while celebrating its railway heritage. The decor incorporates splashes of bold colours, l
We booked here because they accept dogs. This cuts the choice of hotel considerably so I felt the Station House was a compromise and when we first arrived I was filled with dread. It looks nothing special, it was quite late on a Friday night and there was karaoke But the moment my head hit the pillow my opinion could not have changed more. The room was small but nicely decorated and we had our own entrance, which was great for the dog and access to the car park at the rear. The bed was soooo comfortable. I slept later than Iâve slept for years. Great to have air conditioning and blackout curtains. A really quiet room and absolutely no sound from the karaoke in the downstairs bar. Breakfast was really fantastic the next day. We both had full English. We were staying three nights. Next morning we had eggs benedict which was equally good and the final morning the scrambled egg with avocado... fab. Tania was friendly and in fact all the staff were super nice and helpful. With great beds, friendly staff and delicious breakfast, whatâs not to like for the price?

A busy, friendly country pub serving real ales and great locally sourced food, freshly cooked to order.
I love coming to this pub. Its tucked away along a sleepy lane in the back end of Haslemere and borders the old Military training areas. Setting off from the pub carpark onto the heath we were greeted by a few deer within a few hundred meters, it is a really tranquil setting. When you enter the pub the blue white decor is modern without taking away from the character of the pub. The tables are clean and the waiting staff polite and friendly. The main reason for my visits is the Sausage and Mash, its simple food but done so incredibly well that leave you craving more each visit. I will certainly be back :)

Had never been before but wanted to take my dad somewhere heâd really enjoy for his Birthday supper and The Red Lion came highly recommended. The landlord came to greet us on arrival and made us feel so welcome. The food and service were both fantastic. The rack of lamb with garlic mash was superb.. the apple crumble exceptional, and the cheese board incredibly generous. We will definitely be back and can thoroughly recommend it. Thank you churt_10 for your very kind review. We are pleased we lived up you the recommendation for your fathers birthday supper.Going somewhere new can always be a risk but we are glad we made the evening an enjoyable one for you all.Thank you again and look forward to seeing you again soon.Julian, Adele, and The Red Lion Team.

Ideal for anyone visiting the punchbowl common and wanting refreshments. There are a few outside tables which was nice as the road outside is fairly quiet these days.Dare I say a little expensive, but it shows in the quality.

The Stag Inn is a lovely, country pub set in the beautiful village of Balls Cross in Petworth. The menu changes on a weekly basis and all their products are sourced locally. With traditional log fire and award winning Badger ales - a warm welcome and grea
Visited this pub for the first time today and had a great sandwich lunch. A traditional country inn this place is off the beaten track and in a glorious setting. It was a lovely sunny day today so we ate outside with our dog - the pub is very dog-friendly. The garden setting is lovely and inside very quaint. We arrived just after 12.00 and glad we were early - the pub got gradually more busy and clearly popular. The pub has a good selection of well-kept beers and the menu is simple but well-priced. We had egg-mayo and alsombacon and fried egg sandwiches - these came with rustic chips and salad. Good portions. A great lunch at a good price in a lovely setting - give it a try and it won't disappoint.
