I've been using the Hobby for around 12 years for good English pub food. However haven't had a Sunday lunch for sometime there until today but my son who goes there for Sunday lunch asked me to come and I was not disappointed. We both had beef lovely and tender plus very tasty. Good selection of fresh veggies carrots, peas, cabbage, cauliflour cheese, roast & new potatoes. I would say this place is the best in Brynmawr for Sunday lunch. Thanks to Julie, Mark and all the staff for providing us with a lovely relaxing Sunday lunch time meal.Gavin & Mr Awkward.

We are a local family run pub/restaurant/ B&B situated just off the A465. We are close to Rassau industrial estate and on the outskirts of Ebbw Vale in Rassau.

A large birthday meal with 29 guests. All the food was served mostly together and with no complaints. Curry and the sirloin steak were excellent and superb value for money. Top place highly recommended.
