Wonderful place to stay and to eat! We booked the day before we arrived and they gave us a gorgeous room with a huge bathroom with lots of windows overlooking the garden. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Staff was kind, attentive and helpful. Food was delicious. Breakfast was amazing and dinner was comfort food at its finest. Service for dinner was quite slow (by American standards) but we both brought books and chatted over drinks. Once we got our food we were not disappointed. Don't go expecting to pop in and out for a quick bite. Get comfortable, relax, and enjoy the space. We did. :D

old-fashioned English tea room which also serves meals
Tea very weak, cream tasted off and scones burnt. When they bring the bill it says no credit cards under £10, lucky they charge £5 for a scone! Very disappointing

Pub Food, including a range of foreign dishes.
Went in for a quick beer early Saturday evening and promptly decided to stay for dinner as the atmosphere in the bar was relaxed and cosy. We ordered the famous beef and ale pie and the fish pie. Both magnificent with generous beef / fresh white fish. Hot chunky chips and big portion of perfectly cooked veg. Great service. Great value. We'll be back.

The Bakers Arms is a traditional Cotswold Country Pub situated in the picturesque village of Broad Campden only 1 mile from Chipping Campden in Gloucestershire serving real ale and good food.
This dog friendly pub made us very welcome. Providing a good choice of beers including Butty Bach. Lunchtime menu offered a very good range of food My rump steak was excellent, well cooked medium rare and very tasty. The following apple crumble and custard rounded off one of the best pub meals I've had in quite a while.

Whilst staying in the village we went for a family meal, pleasant surroundings & staff. Not a massive menu but what is on it is a fair choice, there is a specials board but none of us tried those. Nice choice of beers.

Called in for lunch one Saturday. Sat down at a table as there were no instructions as to what to do or how to place an order. Two different staff walked past us three times, no one gave us a menu or directed us to order at the counter. No one said "sorry, we're busy, we'll be with you in a minute" in fact we were completely ignord so walked out after ten minutes. Extremely poor customer service.

We visited on my birthday earlier in the year as I love scouting out Donnington pubs. I was made to feel extremely unwelcome. Having waited patiently the best part of 5 minutes for the barmaid to cease idle chit chat with the locals at the bar, I noticed she whispered something under her breathe which was aimed in my direction. When she finally did acknowledge me, I asked if they were serving food to which she curtly replied âNoâ. As I left the bar, I heard an older couple enquire about food and I overheard the barmaid offer them a choice of sandwiches! If youâre under 50, donât expect anything less than a frosty reception and appalling manners!I am very sorry that you had this experience here. I have messaged you directly. I would like to offer you a meal. Again I am truly sorry and I have spoken to all staff members Jess
