Ate here on tuesday for the first time ever and can honestly say i wont rush back. The staff are very friendly and welcoming and the atmosphere was good. We were shown to a table straight away and shown how the call bell works...i love this idea!! The menu had a huge variety and it was almost hard to choose. We both ordered burgers and i had the burger combo which came with chicken wings and street fries. The chicken wings were just like battered wings covered in chilli sauce and werent overally exciting. The burger was lovely and i cant fault it...i also had the confused fries which were garlic fries, sweet potato fries, bacon, spring onions, sour cream and cheese...they would've been better if the cheese had of been melted but it was on top of the cream and was cold and hard. My other half had a chicken burger which he said was ok but just very plain. We got the bill and when i went to pay noone was at the bar and after standing for almost 5 mins while several staff walked past me a girl finally took my payment. Place is nice inside and clean etc but just didn't think much of the food!

Ignore recent negative reviews. These have been left maliciously to damage the reputation of this chippy due to an on going issue that has nothing to do with this shop & are not a true reflection on rolos. The food is outstanding, staff are lovely and the cleanliness is of the highest standard.Give it a try, you will not be disappointed.Thank you so much for your positive and honest review

I was so delighted to see this place actually does gluten free burgers and chips!!! I was even more delighted to see that the burger was really tasty. I had the handcut chips. To be honest they weren't great. Not very well cooked through and they had a funny taste: like the oil had an unusual aftertaste. The chips needed covered in vinegar to mask the bad taste. My home chips are much better and in my opinion, they shouldn't be: you guys are the professionals. The burger was SO good though so I'll definitely give it 5 stars and return soon. Although next time I'll have the skinny fries and hope they've upped their chippy game just a little more.

We stopped on our way back from the Great Causeway. We checked reviews And decided to stop. John McLarnon, the owner, was our waiter. A fantastic guy and you can tell that he loves his place. The food was fantastic and our conversations with him were enjoyable. I had the special Guinness and beef pot pie, oh my was it good. Presentation on all our orders was nothing short of professional. Thanks John. Went for a late breakfast, 2 tables occupied and the server offered the table in the middle of the floor, thankfully managed to get a booth. Incomplete order and luke warm cappuccino (charged more on bill than stated on menu ..). Sullen older lady with plaits serving, not a good experience for a £15+ breakfast.
