Reviews on Brew Pub food in San Pedro Cholula, Puebla, Mexico. San Pedro Cholula is a municipality in the Mexican state of Puebla and one of two municipalities which made up the city of Cholula. The city has been divided into two sections since the pre Hispanic era, when revolting Toltec-Chichimecas pushed the formerly dominant Olmec-Xicallanca to the eastern side of the city in the 13th century. The new lords called themselves Cholutecas and built a new temple to Quetzalcoatl on the San Pedro side, which eventually eclipsed the formerly prominent Great Pyramid of Cholula, now on the San Andrés side. When the Spanish arrived in the 16th century, the city of Cholula was an important religious and economic center, but the center of power was on the San Pedro side, centered on what is now the main city plaza and the San Gabriel monastery. The division of the city persisted and San Pedro remained the more dominant, with Spanish families moving onto that side and the rest of the population quickly becoming mestizo. Today, San Pedro is still more commercial and less residential than neighboring San Andrés with most of its population employed in industry, commerce and services rather than agriculture. Although Cholula's main tourist attraction, the Pyramid, is in San Andrés, San Pedro has more tourism infrastructure such as hotels, restaurants and bars.

Háganle un monumento al cocinero.El lugar es super calido. Linda ambientacion, buena decoracion, musica muy a tono. Tambien la atencion, 20 puntos.Pero lo mas importante es la colida. Llegue a conocer al chef...realmente todo un artista. Parece el PRINCE de la cocina.El lugar es hiper recomendable. Ya tengo planeado venir algunas cuantas veces mas con ciertos amigos que quiero que conozcan esto. Es de lo mejor de Cholula y Puebla.Pd: miren las fotos. El lomo de res es increibles. Las papas de entrada tambien. Ah! Y tienen cervezas artesanales. Las numero 1 y 2 son bárbaras (las dos es igual a la Patagonia Argentina)

If you are looking for a nice, cool and relaxing place this is the spot. A brewery with good options on craft beer but also a great restaurant. We ordered a tuna tostada, it was very good with with an apa beer (imperio), so refreshing. We also ate octopus carpaccio, with to much parmesan cheese but good flavor and a bb burguer, really good. They also offer pizza and and grill meat. They have a very nice bar area. Good live music. Pet friendly. The waiter was attentive all the time.The prices are little bit high. I definitely will come back again!

I do recommend this awesome restaurant, food and service absolutely great.Mr. Gabriel Hernandez is the manager and heâs gonna care for every detail.There is music live but not to loud, you can have conversations with no problems.The cheese table and red wine is a must. They have 200 craft beers all made in Mexico and all infinitely better than Corona, Pacifico, Negro Modelo et al. This cozy neighborhood place also has some great bites to accompany your brews. They have limited draft choices but their refrigerator is packed full of a variety of beers to meet all tastes. If you think Mexican Beer is bad this place might just change your mind.

Be prepared to be entertained by the servers, chef, and staff. The service inside has limited seating, so reservations are encouraged. We lucked out on a Sunday night when most restaurants close or close early. The table next to ours (locals) were served an exotic drink prepared at the table with flame and flare. Don't miss the opportunity to sample this local treasure.
