We went twice to the Kampos Grill. The first visit was at nighttime and we ordered a few Mezes and some beef- and lamb-souvlaki-plates - which were good but in our opinion just a little overpriced. Due to some ordering recommendations from locals we still gave it another shot - returning for a small lunch consisting of three delicious (!!) pita gyros sandwhiches and a fresh, very tasty salad - everything pitch-perfectly prepared and at a much more moderate price. It's never too late to change opinion - hence, we can now we can only chime in the chorus of praise for this small, lovely place in the lush shadow beneath a tree. We will definitely be back a third time for the spectacular pork ribs that the very sympathetic owner recommended. Rest of the crew was very friendly, too!

Hi to the team at Zakore Restaurant first of all thank u for the last 2 weeks of the most amazing food that I have tasted on the island of Samos at Kokkari. Words could not explain the taste the speed and service at Zakore thanasi and team are Amazing at what they do .. Everyone will know to visit becouse Iâm also a cafe operator in Australia and I know quality and good service.. thanks again and Iâm here till end of August so u will be serving me more of your quality product ..

Been there during early June, i was amazed by the crystal blue water,the professional staff and the great delicacies on offer by the restaurant!!! I had one of the best salds (Potami Salad), the famous Kontosouvlaki (try it is amazing) and fried zucchini!!!I will definitely visit it again!!!

We visited this taverna by chance as we were very disappointed from other tavernas of Samos, were we went for Dinner. Food was very tasty, plates were large, and the surounding was a cool garden, a few steps away fron the beach of kokkari. Waiters really friendly and the price affordable..Their speciality is everything with meat. We ordered pork souvlaki and rib eye with grilled vegetables and both were excellent Also all first plates we tried were really traditional greek cuisine and very tasty. At the end they offered us a very nice combination of ice cream with loucoumas. Definitely we;ll visit them again and again
