We've been two times this year and always is fantastic. It's the place to enjoy calçots (when is the season of calçotades from desember to march). Don't miss the oportunity to enjoy that typical catalan meal. The rest of the year, food is also fantastic, good meat cooked at barbacue at a good price.

The Calcotada (Typical kind of bbq from barcelona where you eat calcots) was 36 euros per person, which I think is fine for the quantity of food and wine provided. However, the calcots where really good but everything else was average and kind of overcooked. service and location is really nice, I would say if they serve better quality meats it would be the perfect stop for a sunday lunch!

Top place for the catalan tradition of the calçotada... calçots (wild spring onion) typically open the meal and are followed by plates of grilled vegetables and all manner of meats. The onions are served on clay roof tiles and consumed in a ritualistic manner, holding a calçot by its green inner stems and squeezing the tip of the onion leaving the fresh white onion in hand. Then itâs plunged into the romesco sauce, lifted high above the head and eaten. A real festival! muchas gracias por su visita.

Excellent calçots in a lovely country, rustic environment. Authentic. Full of locals. Calçots; some barbecued meats, crema catalan and fresh orange slices. Red wine and (a decent) cava included.Even so, it is relatively pricey especially as it's an hour's drive from Barcelona.....Thanks for your visit!
