This is one of the best places in the Suisse-romande to have a beef tartare. There are several choices, depending on the capacity of your taste-buds to appreciate wasabi or not. The presentation, along with the service is very good. The interior decoration is also well-suited to the food on the menu. I love the real-size cow in one of the dining rooms. This restaurant is a short walk away from the main train station and is perfect for business lunches and social events/meals.Thank you so much for your detailed and positive review, which is very motivating for the whole team. Great place for two reasons. The first its location on the mouth of the river entering the lake. Second the food, its was good, arranged nice at the plate, but my cordon bleu s still crying for a little more cheese in it. The service was excellent.
