A local recommended that we try Sparks so we stopped in. Got seated immediately and waited on right after. Husband got the pulled pork sandwich and I chose the pulled chicken. The rolls are great, a nice soft substantial grain. Sandwiches were served with tortilla chips and pickles. The bbq sauce....first few bites was sweet and flavorful. Then for some reason got very peppery. My husband and I both experienced the same thing. Maybe the sauce wasn’t blended for some reason??? I don’t like spicy...that’s why I ordered mild. Ended up scraping the sauce off the rest of my chicken. Other reviewers rave about their food so don’t let my review stop you from going.

We visited Blue Tractor tonight for dinner and it was delicious! I got the fried chicken sandwich, my husband the brisket sandwich and our daughter (5) got the grilled cheese sandwich. I LOVED my sandwich and honestly, as I type this, wish I was eating another one right now. We were seated right away. Our waitress was very kind! Thank you for a great dinner tonight!

Stopped in for a beer, ended up ordering a pulled pork sandwich. Small local tap selection and a few more cans an bottles. Pork sandwich had good smokey flavor, tender meat and a good sized portion, the BBQ sauce was a bit too tangy but had a good blend of flavors. They offered a Sausage soup that sounded very good but we were too full to try it.
