We chose this restaurant for the view, but would return for the food. Our server was friendly, though communication was a challenge as we didn't speak one another's language (English and Italian).We were not ready for a full Italian meal (Primi, Second and dessert), so we didn't have the full experience. What we ordered was delicious and the portions were huge. House wine was great.

Were staying nearby and as weather was nasty , this restaurant was a convenient short walk AND a wonderful dining experience as well. The ambiance was warm and engaging with exposed wooden beams, tile floor, rock walls and and an attractive wine cellar off the main dining room. Service was very good--helpful as we spoke very little Italian, and menu had some English translation. For our primi patti we chose the Stranozzi Spoletino, a homemade pasta in a spicy tomato sauce and the Spaghetti Vongole which had a lot of clams in the shell and cooked in a white wine, olive oil and garlic sauce. It was incredibly good! For our secondi patti we chose two lamb dishes (grilled chops and sliced leg of lamb) both of which were tender, moist, and seasoned and cooked perfectly. The accompanying grilled veggies and salada mixta were fresh, large in portion and tasty. Had a very good Italian vino blanco (Romacelli Grechetto) which was perfect. All this for 82e but better yet, since we made reservations on Fork, they gave us a 20% discount!! Can't beat that!!

We stopped off here for a quick wine and beer before dinner! Lovely atmosphere, friendly staff and nice beer and wine! Seemed popular with locals and in a great spot. Did not try the food but everything we saw go by looked tasty. Good range of burgers and pizzas.Thanks!

Il locale è una trattoria-pizzeria. Visto dall'esterno si presenta molto male e fa venir voglia di non entrare. Una volta dentro, però, il posto risulta caratteristico, tutto in legno, con un camino, e ben riscaldato.La pizza è molto buona, anche se una di quelle da noi ordinate aveva una discreta parte del bordo bruciata.Alla richiesta di una bottiglia di acqua piccola me ne è stata portata una grande. Segnalata la cosa al medesimo cameriere, questi ha risposto che non avevano bottiglie piccole.Il servizio non appare professionale, ma sembra abbastanza efficiente.Apprezzabile è anche il fatto che vengono organizzate delle forme di intrattenimento: burlesque, karaoke e piccoli concerti amatoriali.Per concludere, il coperto costa solo 1 ⬠a persona e le bibite 1,5. Si riesce così a mangiare una pizza accompagnata da una bibita, seduti al tavolo con 10 ⬠tondi!
