We got into San Bruno late and they were just closing up. We were starving and the wonderful Southern lady from Louisiana took these weary travellers under her wings and fed us the BEST ribs and beans we've ever had! It may seem somewhat pricey, but it's worth every penny, for sure! Best meal we've had in ages! Definitely a MUST if you're visiting San Bruno!!

Rodizio is a popular type of restaurant service mostly found in Brazil. In a Rodizio-style service, customers do not order food in the traditional manner, nor do they serve themselves from a buffet. Instead, there is a blend of the two, where customers se
Large selection of delicious items at the buffet. Steaks and other meats of outstanding quality are cut for you at the table. Interesting exotic cocktails. Ask for Splenda instead of sugar for the drinks if you want to low with carbohydrates. Somewhat pricy but the price is justified for what you get.

Usual meats include chicken, beef, spicy pork, spicy chicken, mussels, pork belly, plus 2 kalbi (short ribs) per person. All were marinated well and you get to have the "fun" of cooking your food yourself. We had 8 people with 2 grills at one table and fit easily;A fun experience and you will not leave even remotely hungry.

First time trying Hawaiian BBQ. Had the mixed platter of short ribs and chicken. Short ribs are sliced thin -- tougher and a different presentation than we are used to, but tasty. Marinated, grilled chicken slices were expertly cooked -- tender and delicious. You can choose two sides: rice, macaroni, veggies or side salad. We got two ice cream scoops of white rice and macaroni salad, which is heavy on the mayo. We also tried canned Hawaiian juice drinks. Two of us ate our fill for less than $30. We'd have to try some of the other combos to do this place justice in a review (spam!), but we enjoyed our first visit.
