Located in the small coastal village of Tarco on the east coast of Corsica about an hour north of Porta Vecchio, this restaurant must have one of the best views on the island. The restaurant terrace overlooks a beautiful sandy beach and the crystal blue waters in the small bay and the ambience is exceptional. The restaurant is one of three that are located above the bay, but it was the only one that was open as it was low season and mid week, which was in our favour as it was not overcrowded. Our party of four enjoyed a few drinks and a delightful late lunch at the restaurant. The Mussels Farcie and meat terrine were delicious and there was plenty of fresh crusty bread to accompany the dishes. The house white wine was chilled and perfect with the food and the local Corsican beer was good also. A great wayside stop if you happen to be in this area.

This was perfect for food of a picnic or or to take back to our room. We stayed on Playa Santa Guilia in the off season and there is almost no place to have dinner. Franky's chicken, lamb, pork, grilled vegetables and potatoes roasted in the chicken drippings provided several great lunches and some snacks and dinners. It is on the main highway from Porto-Vecchio to Bonifaccio, on the way to Palombagia, Santa Guilia or Rondonara, just at the end of town in Porto-Vecchio. In the afternoon (2-7), this and a very good boulangerie a little further down the highway may be your ONLY choice for fresh food, since the town really closes up for siesta. Franky is very friendly. Prices are great.

Owned by a very welcoming owner with both inside eating and spacious outside area.Good quality tasty pizzas at very good prices....12 euros. More expensive meat and fish options.Our order "disappeared", so had quite a long wait to be served.However this was soon sorted,as well as a digestif on the house as recompense.Recommended

The restaurant is situated in Lecci 10 min by car from upscale Porto-Vecchio, were restaurants tend to be overrated -and I don't mean only at TripAdvisor but overall price/quality ratio.The prosciutto pasta was delicious but chicken pasta lacked seasoning at tasted like pre-cooked meal. The restaurant is renowned for its desserts -we can recommend the chocolate (mud) cake and local dessert with strawberries.The athmosphere was relaxed and most of the clientele were local (or at least spoke French). Staff was really professional throughout the evening.

We had a great dinner here. The food was excellent and they provided high chairs as well. The main courses were well cooked and the deserts tasty as well.

Les plats sont Très bon avec des produits frais ainsi que les pizzas qui sont Très bonnes les desserts Fait maison surtout la tarte aux citrons trop bonne !!!!! Si vous passez par là je vous le recommande vraiment agréable moment les serveur sont sympas et à nos soient Le patron très sympas aussi !!!!
