Pesaro (Italian pronunciation: [ˈpeːzaro] ( listen)) is a town and comune in the Italian region of the Marche, capital of the Pesaro e Urbino province, on the Adriatic. According to the 2011 census, its population was 95,011, making it the second most populous city in the Marche, after Ancona. Pesaro is known as "City of Bicycle", thanks to its big net of bicycle paths. The city received this award by Legambiente, the most important ecologist society in Italy, in 2015, because it is the city with the biggest bicycle use in Italy. It is also known as "City of Music" thanks to the bond with Gioacchino Rossini, the famous composer born in Pesaro. For this reason, in 2015, the Italian Government officially candidate Pesaro as "Creative City" in the group of World Heritage Sites of UNESCO.

Un ristorante di recente nuova gestione che decide di chiamarsi "Angus" non può che essere specializzato in carne alla brace. Se volete trovare un posto dove fermarvi durante un viaggio, sulla Statale Adriatica a metà strada fra Cattolica e Pesaro, questo locale può essere quello che fa per voi. Ampia la scelta di carne e di altre proposte della terra, ad un prezzo non proprio low cost ma in linea con la qualità , per cui più che accettabile. Due piccole istanzei: la sala giochi destinata ai bambini che ne fa un ristorante particolarmente adatto alle famiglie....ma solo a loro, o quasi, soprattutto il sabato sera...e l'eccessiva intraprendenza del personale di sala, un po' fuori dalle righe nella sua propositività , al punto quasi da rivelarsi un po' "invadente".

We ate in this restaurant as our hotel recommended this as a fun themed night. We went on a holiday in Italy called woman's day (similar to mothers day in the UK) so it was a bit crazy. On arrival we where greeted with a member of staff and handed a balloon which was a nice touch especially as it was shaped like a love heart. The restaurant was BUSY BUSY and a bit loud at times.....But i guess that is what its all about. The first thing you notice when you enter the room is the peanut shells all over the ground, The restaurant provide you these free and most of the locals throw the shells on the ground (not great because the floor because slippery). The service was good but a bit slow because the place was full to bursting but expected. We ordered steak with parmesan cheese which i must say was really delicious although a bit over priced for the portion. If there are any bad comments to be made it would be the messy floor, not enough personal space and that its quite loud (not good if you want to have a conversation over dinner) although very good otherwise.

First of all, I give a star to any mother who has her two sons cooking and serving food with her to guests. Brava! Son Giacomo is the star, newly returned from Australia and Spain, working side-by-side with his mother. Giacomo is a fun and personable guy as well as always ready to please. His brother Leo is younger, still infatuated with his phone but helps out when needed. The gnocchi were freshly made, light and melted in your mouth served with a duck ragu. Next was the mixed grill which may have been prepared the day before and was reheated but cooked too much. Desert was a freshly made crostata. And the wine was perfect. Try the Timoteo brand of Sangiovese. It was so good we bought a bottle to take home. And value is excellent (only 16 euros for a 2 course dinner) Would I dine here again? Yes. Would I recommend it to others? Yes but be sure to tell them how you want your meat--not dry! GO Giacomo & Leo & Mother, GO!Vi ringrazio per le belle parole scritte. Mi spiace x la carne troppo cotta. Però vi garantisco che non viene cotta il giorno prima. Grazie ancora

Sono stato in questo ristorante assieme alla mia famiglia il giorno della festa della mamma, nulla da dire sull'ottima carne offerta, dal controfiletto al filetto fino al coniglio disossato in porchetta, la carne alla brace era cotta alla perfezione unica nota negativa è arrivata al tavolo un po freddina, per quanto riguarda il vino della casa li esorto a fare più attenzione, era pieno di fondi non belli da vedere, anche se poi mi è stato offerto un bicchiere di vino in bottiglia, servizio attento e gentile , rapporto qualità prezzo, si potrebbe fare un tantino meglio.

Sliced meats, mixed pork grill and steak was what we ate. It was OK apart from some of the pork which seemed slightly undercooked but there was nothing about the place that would encourage me to return. If you like meat you'll do OK here though and portion sizes were good. Service was OK.
