School Bros BBQ is all you're looking for in Texas BBQ (without a thick layer of sawdust on the floor). The brisket is cooked to perfection. The line staff allows you to choose how lean you like it cut. Their sandwiches take both hands to handle. Don't forget to get a side of their potato casserole... it's slap yo mamma good! Don't forget the free soft serve ice cream on your way out.

We stopped here Friday about 1:30 P.M. on Sept 1Lady at the drive thru window was great very cheerful and happy.Nice to be greeted with a smile and a frinedly voice.This was Phatt TATER friday. Wife ordered a loaded baked potato and loaded is an understatementFor the price you could not ask for more.We were amazed at all the chopped beef piled on it.I got a sliced beef sandwich and not one bit disapponinted in it either.Several large cuts of brisket on a warm bun .The meat had a small hint of a sweet tatse on a couple of bites which added to the flavor. This was not in all of the meat just a bite ever so often.BBQ SAUCE is a matter of taste. I did not care for it at all but then again a lot of people do like it. I always get mine on the side that way I can add or leave off.This is defintely a place we would make a special drive to and eat again.Well worth the drive

I liked the brisket by itself. Meat was very moist, tender and tasty. Did not like the sauce-too peppery for me. Limited sides- like 1 item-beans- that were also peppery. I would go back and take home brisket and add my own sauce and sides for a nice bbq meal
