Waiting time is too long. Air conditioning in the mall on the level that the outlet is, seems absent. Due to the milling crowds, service takes a long time. Choice of starters and desserts relative to other BN outlets is limited and quality of main course relative to other Barbeque Nation outlets is poorer. They also seem to be confused between mutton seekh kababs and Gilowti kababs. The mutton kebabs are dry and feel as though they lack the necessary creaminess due to the addition of too much dough as a binder? The firni is poorly set and watery, the strawberry souffle is missing the strawberry toppings, the chicken in the chicken dum biryani is dry and ropey. The Parsley fish had no flavour of parsley, the kulfis tasted like they had too much water added to make them dollies instead of kulfis. The choice of salads too was pretty basic. All in all a disappointing way to spend Rs 630 per head.

Visited this hotel in Nov 2018 before jumping into the train.Ordered spicy whole fish & prawn konkani style curry ... it was delivered quickly...We found it very tasty. It gave more enjoyment with chilled beer.
