Compared to other local Korean restaurants, this place is more on the pricier side. However, that's because the food is great! The workers are all Chinese but the owner is Korean. All the banchan they served was tasty... seriously a lot plus soup and fresh fresh, FRESH lettuce. The servers were nice but seemed just a bit lost. Went on a weekday for lunch and no one was there but then comes a crowd an hour into our meal. The atmosphere was relaxing, clean, and quiet.Best of all, the dessert they served which was shikhye. It was so refreshing and sweet and healthy. Try this place out because it taste like the food you will eat in Korea too.

We are a family run Western bar restaurant in Xianlin. We specialize in food that expats tend to miss from their home countries and have a hard time finding in China (our pizzas are handmade in our own kitchen and we smoke our own meat). We aim to provide
Gilly's is an American-style Bar & Grille, owned and operated by an American family; and the kind American hospitable attitude immediately shows. Whether you are in Nanjing for a night, or a month on business, they will take you in, treat you to amazing food and drinks, & welcome you in, making sure you feel at home & put a smile on your face. They have loads of activities that range from Darts, board games, pub quiz, 'Mexican Monday' , and the place always has some friendly foreign faces in it to keep the mood great. The beers are reasonably priced, and they always have a cheaper light beer on tap for when you are trying to "ball on a budget". Also have all sorts of fun and unique shots (the Irish Car-bombs there are the stuff of legend)And last but not least, the food. With decades of cooking experience, you will find the owner Tom outside the restaurant there at least once a week with his smoker; smoking up all sorts of delectable meats including Chicken, Steak, Pork, and Salmon (the smoked salmon is a MUST-TRY). If you are looking for a fun and delicious place that reminds you of home, Gilly's is by FAR and away the best place to go in Nanjing.

Authentic Indian food created by Indian chef who with over 20 years of experience in his hometown of Hyderabad, bringing a cuisine highly influenced by Mughals and partially by French, Arabic, Turkish and Irani food where rice, wheat and spices are widely
The food is good and the lassi is fresh. Some days it is quite crowded, so large groups may want to make a reservation. The food is similar to other Indian restaurants in Nanjing, like Taj Mahal, but the decor is more appealing. Prices of the stewed dishes range from about 50-70 yuan. Starters and tandoori are cheaper.

We did eat here because my daughter, who is living in Nanjing was craving a hamburger! The service was good, the food was great. My daughter loved her burger. The clean bathroom with soap and toilet paper was a bonus! They also offer happy hour if you are staying in a nearby hotel, might be worth it.
