Make sure to check under the foil in the bottom of your styrofoam tray before tossing it. There are usually 2 pieces of tempura like pieces under there.If you do take out you wikl get a clear plastic container or rice and a smaller container of marinated radish.My husband prefers to order from here instead of the other korean restaurant a few doors down. If you dine in you get tastier side dishes than the typical kim chee, bean sprouts and cabbage.

Nice place to eat with friends for lunch and dinner. Portions are just right and the ambiance is so relaxed. Service is really very attentive and kamaaina. The food is prepared well (cooked ones) and the meats well marinated.This is our to go place when my friends and I just want a place to eat and catch up with our lives.

If you like Korean food with a Hawaii twist, you will like this place. Usually always crowded, so there is often a wait for a table. It is better to eat there, because they give you a lot of side dishes when you do. Great flavor, plenty of food and good service.

We had lunch at Aloha Korean BBQ. The food is really quite good and in huge quantities. Mini-plates are available. They have some of the best shrimp tempura on the island! Prices are very reasonable. The lady behind the counter is extremely friendly. Don't look to closely at the atmosphere. Just enjoy good inexpensive food.
