While reading reviews of another Mexican restaurant, they mentioned this place so we put it on our radar. On the small side. Street parking. Great selection of Mexican and BBQ choices. Salsa and chips were fresh with just the right amount of heat. You must try the Avacodo Taco Sliders. Portions are definitely sufficient. BYOB. Call ahead for large groups.

I found Big Pink by accident while making a U-turn.A clean and friendly venue serving up very good Pork BBQ specialties and signature sauces.They have been in business at this location since last year.Laura was great in explaining their menu and additional options for take-home and party catering.I tried it....I like it

Saw the truck on way to Costco and since we love BBQ, we decided to stop last week. And we were very, VERY, pleased with the pork sliders. The sliders were awesome - 100 times better than Oink and Moo (which we tried a week earlier). The sliders, come with french fries and slaw. The pork was shredded, not chunked, and plentiful. Price was $9. Definitely worth a stop for lunch. The woman in the truck said they are there 2 days a week - I think Tuesday and Wednesdays - but check their webpage to be sure. I wish they had a few tables and chairs out to sit at though, cause you need to take it back to work, home or in the car.
