Wasn't expecting them to be out of chicken before 4PM but the food was still good. Much more like the Huntsville location than the Conroe one which is a very good thing.

Passing through on our way to Houston, we found this restaurant on trip advisor. It gets five stars not because it is a fancy place, or this food is chef driven, but because it is what it supposed to be, a really good barbecue joint. Owned by a mother and her daughters, the barbecue had a delicious flavor, the sauce was good, and the price was right. We got the chopped beef sandwich and it hit the spot. Worth a stop
Stopped in on a day trip turn around to Huntsville on the recommendation of one of the folks in Brazos County. I asked him where to find the best Q in Bryan. He said to try MB in Madisonville. So we did. I had a brisket/sausage plate. My buddy had a brisket/rib plate. Both were superb. Each meat was all it should be in a top notch Q joint. The servings were very generous. Especially the ribs. Wow!Will definitely return. Highly recommended
