The atmosphere and environment of this restaurant was amazing. The waiters and staff were so sweet and helped us understand menu choices and wine choices - the portion sizes were HUGE. My husband and I could have easily shared a plate but because we love to eat, we indulged! They have a full bar, an incredible wine list, and their desserts are second to none. I enjoyed the length of time we were there. Americans tend to rush their meals and are in/out within 45 minutes to an hour - whereas, in Argentina - your dining experience is just that - an experience. Plan on staying at any restaurant, including this one, for at least 2 hours. highly recommend for price and atmosphere!Dear Chrissy, thank you so much for such detailed comment, we are glad you enjoyed our experience. Everyone should be able to take a few hours to enjoy a dinner ! Hope to see you soon,Regards,Dantesco

We went here following a recommendation from put hotel when we said we wanted something non touristy and did not want to spend too much. The restaurant was very pretty with a large garden overlooking the BBQ kitchen area - which made for a lovely atmosphere. The waiter spoke very good English and was very friendly. Service was prompt. We chose the grill option which included cow meat, goat meat and pig meat - a large variety of cuts from each including offal and sausages. There was a LOT of meat and we so ply could not finish it all. It just kept coming! Igot the impression they would have brought more if we had managed to finish what we had! There was also lots if salads and breads which you could help yourself to. The meal cost under 100 pesos each. nd as such we did not expect gourmet. However, whilst the meat was nice it was quite fatty which spoilt the experience slightly, All I a nice chea restaurant to try in Mendoza

The best grill in Mendoza is in La puntilla, Lujan de whose. We are Spetto Corrido. A place to enjoy the best meats and an excellent wine from La Pequeña Bodega.
We just happened to walk past this restaurant and thought to try the fixed price meal. Staff were extremely welcoming and attentive without being in any way overbearing. You can have a meat meal or other (our Spanish limited so not sure what the other was). Anyway the meat was grilled to perfection and brought to the table and carved and put on your plate. We could not eat all the offerings but what we ate was great. Also a very very large variety of salads to go with your meat. Freshly cooked beetroot that was delicious, for those that this vegetable. Following all the meats and salads there was a dessert choice and coffee or champagne. Definitely worth a visit but do not eat anything after breakfast till you get to the restaurant. Opens at 9pm at night for dinner.
