Pit BBQ smoked daily. Great selection of gourmet burgers and sandwiches with endless fresh cut fries. We have over 40 flavors of wings. Also offer steaks, pasta, seafood.
Stopped here on the way back from Penn State on Saturday evening. Tasty ribs, pulled pork sandwiches and wings. The fresh cut fries were a favorite of the table along with the coleslaw. Good selection of craft beers at reasonable prices. Will definitely be back again.

They have specials every day and I'm sure there are people who mark their calendars to return on that day to take advantage of their home cooking. The woman who opened this had a dream for years to have her own restaurant and achieved that with this little place. My only regret is it is not open on the weekends. That time is devoted to her family. You have to give her credit for sticking to her principals, so plan ahead. She is open until 8 pm most week nights - which is helpful.

But, despite some of the best ribs we ever had, this restaurant needs some serious staff training and efficiency coaching. They are sadly understaffed and since the remodel post fire, we think they are in over their heads. The bartender didnât know what a Manhattan was and didnât realize they had the requisite booze on the shelf. They are extremely slow and when your food arrives, itâs often cold. I truly hope they get their act together as it is a very cool bar. I recommend take out and heating up at home.
